I needed an order of washed grave delivered toa job site, super last minute but I was in a pickle. I got on the phone with them early and was able to get a same day delivery and keep a project on track. Huge help, Thank you!

Swung by late, right before close. Dylan met me as I walked in and he was very courteous and knowledgeable, patiently showing me around to every tree I wanted to see. Personally escorting me around and answering my questions. Great guy and made my visit worthwhile!

Huge amount of stock and options for plantings and landscaping. Garden soil and mulch in bags or loose, as well.
You can find trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, houseplants, herbs, seeds, pottery, garden decor, and more. It's fun just to visit and dream and get ideas. Very friendly and attentive staff.

We absolutely love going to Patuxent for all our plant needs!
They have the best selection of Maryland native perennials and everything is clearly labeled. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, and they even have a food truck on site.
I highly recommend following them on social media too!

It is such a beautiful place with beautiful people that are helpful and accommodating. Heavenly almost. This is my first time at a nursery in my adult years with a personal project in mind. I'm so glad I chose this place as my first stop. Can't wait to go back!

Great selection of plants and very reasonable prices. Customer service employees are top notch and they all seem to enjoy being there and helping. Easily the best nursery in the greater Annapolis or Bowie area!

My personal opinion Patuxent nursery in Bowie needs to be ashame of themselves. Their prices are 4 times as high as most places. I HAD been going to Patuxent for years and never complained about the high prices but the first time I had an issue they treated me extremely bad. I purchased a tree that I had some one pick up for me and once I received it I discovered it was dead. When I called and told them I didn’t want any money I just wanted to get another no one would help me. Over the years I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Patuxent nursery but they treated me like I was nothing. I emailed a manager but NEVER got a response. SHAME SHAME SHAME. I was in shock when I found out how much Patuxent nursery pay for their trees but sell them for almost 3 or 4 times that amount.

I live in Baltimore and recently discovered this place although I've been driving past it for years. The tomato plants, azaleas, fruit trees and mulch I bought this Spring are all of very good quality. All of the plants I bought this Spring are doing great. I have bought from the big box stores in the past and the plants are always 50-50 if they will survive the Summer. I'll definitely be back. It's worth the drive and the price.

Helpful and friendly staff .They have some nice water features, ceramic plant pots and a wide variety of plants. I could not walk the whole nursery that day because it was hot and parts of the nursery is full sun. They did not have the plant I originally went for so I didn’t leave with a plant that day but I’ll definitely return on a cooler day ?.
