The customer service was excellent. However, there is a major disconnect between their appointment call center and the service center. I was given a same day appointment only to be told I would have to leave the car there 7-10 days before it can be looked over. Ok this place is the BEST car dealership in the land. The professional environment is out of this world. Friendly, friendly, friendly. If you are looking to buy a car you want a sales crew that listens to want you want and need in a vehicle. I would recommend buying your car at Ourisman.
