Was just told 3 hrs for an oil change! I asked what was the point of making an appointment if I was going to be put and the end of the queue, even after the walk-ins. Make it make sense to me...smdh... Guess I'll be going to Glen Burnie.

Terrible customer service while attempting to get an oil change. No help while standing at the service desk. They moved my car but didnt check it in. After an 1:15 minute wait got my keys and rolled out. Will never go back!
