This branch is in my neighborhood and I was shocked at how long it takes to do any transaction in the drive thru lines. There are 2 queues and I was making a simple cash deposit to my business checking and getting some cash back in various denominations, for our cash drawer. It took 20 minutes to make a deposit!! There were 4 cars behind me. Based on the amount of time it took me, the 4th person back would be there for an hour or more before it was their turn. Really Navy Federal? That is the best you can do?

Both times I’ve had to go inside the bank, I was in and out. However, the few times I’ve gone to the drive thru the wait was ridiculous. You’re better off going inside. If you can, save yourself the frustration by not going to the drive thru.

My son-in-law was the victim of an armed robbery at the front door of this NFCU branch on Friday, January 5, 2024. So far NFCU has been very dismissive of this retired Marine and states they will not reimburse him the several thousand dollars he'd just withdrawn.

I was there on yesterday to make a deposit. I also asked the clerk named Jonathan if he could do a stop payment. He was not sure how to stop payment on a pending transaction. I had to contact customer service to process my request. Please provide Jonathan with more training to assist your customers.

Came here to get notarized. Lady at front for my working license. She said I had to go to a courthouse..which I knew wasn't true becsuse my classmate got his license notarized at a bank. I just left and got it done at UPS down the road. This isn't my first time with navy federal giving me a hard time and misdirecting me.

First time at this branch and will not go back. First of all, the branch managers office should be in the back somewhere so you don't see her yacking with employees while you are waiting 50 minutes for assistance. Second, an apology just isn't acceptable when you know why I'm there, can see I have not been given the appropriate form to fill out during all that waiting time, so now, when you are finally ready to help me (person that was yacking with the branch manager for at least 10 - 15 minute when you could have been helping me), finally tells me I need a form and gives it to me after waiting all that time. Not professional. Not customer service oriented. Not prioritizing customers that come into the bank or their time. I just opened a business account with NFCU. I hope that this was a one off experience at this particular branch.
