Sloppy and rude. Came here bc they offered kid manis. She sloppily slapped some nail polish on my daughter’s nails, getting much on her skin and somehow missing half her nails. I pointed this out and she kept shouting how her nails were too small. I finally asked for the acetone and nail polish and fixed her nails myself on the spot. Then paid full price. I cancelled my own mani and left. I do not recommend at all. We were there less than 15 minutes and started our rare mother-daughter day poorly

Got manicure french with design for first time I'll say it was a little pricy but not bad. They work extremely fast so it took less than 1 hour to get nails done. Not exactly like my reference picture but really pretty. Will be back

I’ve been to this salon a couple times, I’m glad I ended up with Nina today. She was patient, kind and friendly, we had a good talk. Her service was top notch. I’m very happy with the results and will be going back to her next time.

Highly recommend, I’ve been following Mey for a long time. He’s patient and does quality work. Whenever I show him reference photos, he’s able to replicate them. Even on the fly he’s able to make something great.

Don’t recommend this nail salon. I had to go back in one week to get my nails fixed because they were chipping. After the second time they chipped I decided to go to my nail salon in Crofton for a complete redo. They charge way too much for the service they provide. They need to improve on gel nails before they charge$120 for it.

The people that work here are Terrible! I went for the first time about 2 weeks ago for a simple fill. Do not sit with an elderly woman towards the front. I’m not sure her name, but she was not capable of making my nails straight. She tried to tell me that my fingers were slanted, 4 of my fingers. I had to get up and leave. I returned the next day with someone else, that was much better.
Today I tried calling to make an appointment. I asked for someone, not sure if that was her name. The lady on the phone told me she doesn’t work here, you have the wrong number. I asked if she could please look up who I saw last. She told me NO!!!! Straight up, as she said you have wrong place. I was still speaking trying to ask a question, but she hung up the phone on me.
I’m assuming this establishment must not want business, speaking to customers like that. I was just trying to make an appointment. I tried to call back and now they do not answer the phone.
This place is Conveniently located near my home, this is the only reason why I went.

I recently had an experience at this nail salon that fell significantly short of my expectations, particularly concerning customer service and salon hygiene practices. Upon arriving early for my appointment, I was surprised by the method suggested for polish removal--direct soaking in acetone--which I find less preferable due to its harshness. Despite my polite request for an alternative method that exposes my hands to fewer chemicals, such as wrapping the nails, the response from the staff was unexpectedly inflexible and dismissive. Moreover, the salon's cleanliness did not meet the standards one would expect, raising concerns about hygiene and safety. Having been a resident of Fairwood for over a decade, I believe in supporting local businesses, but also in the importance of receiving quality service and respectful treatment. Consequently, I chose not to proceed with my appointment. This experience underscores the significance of patronizing establishments that value their customers and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. I encourage our community to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money, especially when it comes to personal care services. Let's prioritize businesses that respect customer preferences and uphold hygiene practices, ensuring our community remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Stay safe out there.

Was greeted professionally and answered all my questions. Didn't try to upsale me. The music was great! The gentleman that sits up front did my nails. The service was excellent and I would return the next time I am in the area. I love how my nails look.

Please do not give them your money. My service was terrible and I am so frustrated I paid them anything for this. First, when I entered I asked for the menu so that I could review the prices (I am frugal and like to know what I am paying for in advance). A full with regular polish was said to cost $25. I informed staff I would be getting a fill with regular polish to which I was told the price was incorrect and it would be $40. I informed them I was not comfortable paying that and would go somewhere else. Instead, staff asked me to stay and informed me they would do it for $30, a $10 discount according to her (a $5 increase to me). In the first 10 minutes, staff cut my skin using a drilling tool. It bled the entirety of my service and staff kept telling me it was "no big deal." Then the paint job was rushed and throughout I was left with streaks. When asked to fix it, staff told me it was because I was "on my phone." Streaks don't happen from being on the phone. At the end, staff put oil on my cuticles, made me rub it in myself and when I was finished, this was the final product which staff adamantly did not want to fix. Worst experience I have had in a while. The professionalism was non-existent.

Where to start. Maybe with just take your money elsewhere. They're rude to customers and dont seem to understand what customer service means. They were constantly making rude remarks about unnecessary things. Pedi was barely sub-par, zero scrubbing of calluses had to ask for them to actually do it. Generally that just comes with a pedicure. Vibes off, rbf everywhere. Listen to all the reviews

****FRAUD ALART ***** CHARGED MY CARD TWICE, told me the first charge didn't go through. I came back to the salon to tell them both charges went through. The rude manager told me girls like me have been coming in saying the same thing and that the charge is just pending and it would fall off. Over a month later and it never came off. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE!!!!
