“I visited the T-Mobile store yesterday, store 4SCD in New Carrolton, MD. This has been one of the best experiences of shopping I ever experienced. Julia Tchapdieu (Mobile Expert) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! She consulted and helped me with the purchase of the new iPhone 12 for my wife and changed my SIM card and placed me on the amazing T-Mobile network! Her dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism reflects great credit upon the T-Mobile brand! I will be visiting this T-Mobile store to have Julia consult me on mobile advice going forward. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Julia deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition for her amazing friendly service and professionalism. “DMV Computerman Electronic Shop is phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a new battery and motherboard for my computer, and they also replaced my keyboard without me even asking, which I am incredibly thankful for.
Due to the complexity of the repairs, they had my computer for longer than expected. Understanding my reliance on the computer for my business, they kindly provided me with a loaner computer. This thoughtful gesture really helped me continue my work without interruption.
However, the replacement of the motherboard resulted in the loss of VERY IMPORTANT FILES that were not backed up to my iCloud Drive, which I am devastated about because that was a month's worth of work. Additionally, I encountered an issue with placing files on my desktop after the repair.
My only suggestion for the shop is to ensure customers back up their files in front of the technicians, just in case there are any issues with their current backup processes.
Despite this setback, I still highly recommend DMV Computerman Electronic Shop for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.”

“I went there to replace the protective glass on my phone. Reasonable price. The staff are fast and knowledgeable. They have everything for phones. Watch battery replacement. They also sell sunglasses, jewelry, perfumes and oils. I’d use them again”

Was patient and exemplifies what Verizon should be all the time. I have not had this experience in other stores especially the corporate stores .”
“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. Good luck to you and thank you for your EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It did not go unnoticed! He is an outstanding man, I really appreciate him without him there is no cricket store, he amazes me the way he takes good care of all his customers and no one leaves that store unhappy, he makes sure everyone is happy before they leave the store and he has alot of patience.
