βYour staff at the Bowie, Maryland location were phenomenal! Hands down!! The staff was friendly, they were knowledgeable about the products, they have multiple options and resolutions for any problems that did/ could have happened. And the problem was with my existing phone due to its damage. Not one single problem with the transaction. I was helped by Javares and another guy that worked diligently on transferring my data from my broken phone. I wish I had gotten his card as well! Thank You Againβ

βMy husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.
If you need to buy a new phone or do anything else, I highly recommend going to this location and hopefully youβll be lucky enough to have her help you as well.β
βHenry very helpful polite and knew his job. Unfortunately he couldn't help me with everything partly because I did not have my Google account at hand. But all in all it was a good experience. It was way better than the the experience at AT&T in Laurel Marylandβ

Julia Tchapdieu (Mobile Expert) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! She consulted and helped me with the purchase of the new iPhone 12 for my wife and changed my SIM card and placed me on the amazing T-Mobile network! Her dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism reflects great credit upon the T-Mobile brand! I will be visiting this T-Mobile store to have Julia consult me on mobile advice going forward. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Julia deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition for her amazing friendly service and professionalism. After the ghetto Silver Hill, District Heights store took $92 from my son account created a new account that wasn't needed, because I have 3 lines one belongs to him. His phone broke iPhone, he took a iPhone 6 in, instead of her swapping the sim cards. Poor customer service. Thanks Ms. Ashley you're an example of excellent customer service.β

βThe ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! Itβs ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue canβt pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. βThis is the cleanest store I have been to, and the first to actually offer me a phone that seems to be fit for me, Mario was honestly the best he made sure all my stuff was transfered. I came to pay my bill and he got to telling me about the new phones they have and I went and got it! He's probably the best rep cricket has.β

βThe Ladies were very courteous. However, the issue with my Device (Voicemail) couldn't be re-established. Apparently, the system is constantly down and therefore I can't receive voice mails. I would like to have a Device that is fully functional, not partial. Yes, I'm old school and utilize this service. Please help!β
