“Crystal at Sephora is a dynamic individual! She had a brillant response to my personal dilema regarding our first introduction. Considering she was busy when we arrived, she made it a point to rectify everything turning things around adding to the most positive and rewarding experience.”
“I actually had a hiccup with the Macy's credit card company (was approved for a new account but they were unable to verify my identity for some strange reason). The sales associates were VERY nice, helpful, patient and accommodating. I actually returned the following morning and the matter was resolved without incident. I'll definitely return here to shop.”

“Large express they have men's & women's clothing in here. The clothes are very good quality. Parking is limited in the front of the store but has plenty behind it.”
“This footlocker is on the smaller side but they have great customer service each time I went and would answer any questions I had without a problem. There is very limited parking in the front of the store but plenty of parking in the back and it is free.”

“Now any retail store can be let's just say interesting-you go to Macys in VA and the stores are just different -more selection and the list goes on and on -Macys in a "urban" area well you know they do us different-yup I said it ---But here's why the stars ---It's all for the STAFF...yes .....the pick up desk for packages team, the perfume and cosmetics team, the shoe team and my absolute fav ...the Last Stop Shop team . Many regulars go to this store for package pickup so we're not taken by the porch pirates and I often run into some of the same faces it's funny how we recognize each other ..,we need to form a shoppers club and probably need an intervention lol --but back to the point -I noticed the pick up desk staff recognizing some of the frequent customers greeting them by name -chatting being funny and caring in particular to our elders ---Community, caring, customer service all in one ---so 5 stars for the Macys staff that know me by face and name when I pick up my sale price shoes and my $11 Karen Fleece tops -I appreciate you :) Macys should hopefully one day read this and give y'all a bonus .....holla at me when the holiday moose popcorn goes on clearance also ...smile”

“Absolutely had to leave a review for Suits and Co! A few months back, I bought a suit coat for my wedding. Fast forward to recently—turns out I dropped some weight, so I figured I'd bring it in to see about exchanging it. Well, I regretfully can’t remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but let me tell you, this guy knew his stuff. He assured me it could be altered to fit perfectly, and I’ll be damned if he wasn’t right! The man worked some serious magic. The jacket looks incredible—fits like it was custom-made all over again.
I feel it's worth mentioning: they were in the middle of MOVING to a new store location, yet still got it done in just two days! Talk about dedication. Their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Seriously, 5 stars is an understatement. These folks are next-level.”
