The place is dirty looking old chairs to sit in old polish . I did the Sns dip and it’s always last me 4/6 weeks by the end of the first week my nail on my right hand was already cracked . It’s been 3 weeks and at least 4 nails have chipped off this has never happened to me with the dip that’s why I use it will not return I definitely do not recommend also there pricing is not worded correctly so it’s scamy you think your paying one price and then I hey change it up on you . Will never return there .

Hey everyone if your looking for great nail salon with great customer service very friendly staff and knows how to do great job on nails and pedicures, this is the place to go !!!! I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and I absolutely love it . The manager ms. Tina very friendly she does my nails and pedicure she does great job .the staff so friendly and treat you like your family the staff also does great nails and pedicures.

I've read other negative reviews and find it unfortunate that customers have had to experience undesirable service. As for me, my experience has been great, each time. I've been using their services for 4mos. Tina is my tech. She's is always nice and accommodating, when I speak up. The best experience has been nail fill-ins and eyebrows. My pedicures have been ok however I have not been very vocal. I will get it another try, this time saying exactly what I desire and don't desire ...we'll see what happens. I recall one review saying that this shop is for older people. Well, I'm in my 50s so I think that that makes me part of the "older people" club.

The manager is very rude and she need to take some classes on customer service. I don't care if she is the owner it doesn't help the business. Therefore, I must say the guy that work there is very good Tony and his wife but that's if you can get him to do your nails.

Rude, poor quality nail service and customer service. The manager is the worse. I have only gone when I was in a crunch, and I have been disappointed each time. I don't know why I keep torturing myself. The manager is unbelievably rude. I typically go to the other side of Bowie to get my nails done but this past weekend I was moving in that area and decided to give it another go. THE WORSE decision I could have made. I recommend Capella Nail bar, they offer water wine, sodas, and snacks and its clean and the staff is never rude.

My nails turned out so pretty! I got French tips on my toes and got clear with gems for my finger nails. Tina was nice and made sure that I liked my nails. The service was fast and she helped make sure I got what I wanted. Price is really cheap and the toe nails especially last very long.
