I just had the most pleasant and corrective call with Mone't (like the painter) and she resolved an pickup shoe issue we were having with both the Montgomery Mall and Woodmore stores. She can not be thanked enough for her excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure we are completely happy.

The staff was really friendly. They helped my son pick out an entire outfit to go with his shoes lol.The shoes were sold out everywhere but we lucked up and got the last pair at Snipes so of course they had to make sure he had the entire fit??
