Absolutely Outstanding ? Front desk team friendly very professional and accommodating!! Breakfast was excellent as well!!The team went above and beyond to make my wedding anniversary extra special...adding white roses and a signed card❤️ My wife is a local celebrity and has many events throughout the DMV area, so our TPX LLC/TEAMNOSEY team often look for conveniently located hotels with exceptional service...this hotel definitely provided that!!Thank you for making our working anniversary weekend the best!! My wife hosted the stage play The Weekend, which was at the Bowie Performing Arts Center; we appreciated that we didn't need to travel far.

Could have a more pleasant attitude when I’m asking questions regarding the hotel when I first came however had to explain I’m not from Maryland I’m from nyc and everyone hotel is different. So attuide and temperament change really quick. If I do t ask I would never know and then they did agree!?

We have stayed her in the past. We won't ever again. The water pressure in the showers are awful. Wasn't hot water, then we asked for toilet paper, and (picture attached), this is what we were given from the receptionist downstairs. Just as you see in the picture, an opened roll of toilet paper. Of course we didn't use. He said he couldn't find any other. We called 4 times. No answer downstairs. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

I'd give negative stars if possible. We checked in and settled in our room albeit was the wrong room. Our wifi pswd wouldn't work either. That night our door busted open at 11:00pm by guests thinking it was their room. They screamed! We screamed! The front desk checked them into our room!!!! Also, we were never contacted by the GM. This was a major security breech. You would think he would apologize but we can't even get him on the phone even when corporate calls because they don't care. It's an independently owned hotel so in the end no one cares what happened. I should have called the police.

used my Hilton points for a one night stay. 2 weeks later I found a $1846 charge on my credit card. after trying to contact the manager, no call backs, finally got to speak with manager but was told he was too busy to help with my situation and I should send him an email. front desk clerk was very helpful and after about 1 week got money refunded. however just yesterday i received a $1300 charge on my credit card. it has been almost 2 months since I have stayed there. I sent a formal complaint but when I contacted Hilton the complaint said that I spoke to all there's managers and I was asked to submit proof that they charged me but have not provided any documentation. The managerial staff at this hotel are liars. ended having to put a merchant block on my credit card

These rooms need to be upgraded terribly. Water damage consumed the 2nd floor, hallways, and rooms. My room had ants in it and smelled like old water.Rooms: Horrible condition, water damage on 2nd floor, room not fully cleaned. Found trash behind dresser, ants in room and water damage in room that carried an odor. Not worth the money spent

I wont be back until corporate remodels the rooms, elevator and seating area in the dining area. This is the perfect please to stay for BSU parents if it was CLEAN.I got a small amountRooms: The rooms smelled like mildew. I asked for my curtains to be changed. But the smell lingered. The smell and look of the elevator was like a filthy swamp! The couches in the dining area don't even have fabric on them anymore they are so worn out.Food & drinks: really nice to have the full breakfast and free.

This is a sketchy area. A few travel mates had their cars broken into during our stay. Per the police and hotel staff, this is a regular occurrence here. The parking lot is dark with low hanging limbs and an abandoned car in a Diamond member parking spot. Pick a hotel with parking lot security. This parking lot is not safe unless you want to drag everything you own inside of the hotel each night. And there’s still no guarantee they won’t break your windows. Do better, Hampton Inn!Safety: I did NOT feel safe in this hotel. I had to take all of my belongings in each night of our stay. Private security should be hired to work the parking lot like some of the neighboring hotels.

Nice welcome from the front desk, who moved us with no questions after we found out there was a yapping dog next door to our original room. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and pretty good. There are plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Perfect location to stay the night before our early tee time at Renditions which is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Not he best Hampton I've ever stayed in but fairly decent. Clean, okay breakfast, staff was nice. Only real complaint we had was the over powering sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Was also able to smell it in the parking lot. Not sure if it's just a thing up here as we noticed it several places throughout the area.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and served a great breakfast, not just Danish and tea and coffee. You also had a hot breakfast, cereal, oatmeal choice of juices.Rooms: Room was very clean. I had my wipes but they were still clean after trying them in the bathroom.Safety: Rooms are pretty secure and has double safety lock.Food & drinks: Great breakfast, restaurants nearby and they do delivery.

Hotel is in really big need of a deep steam clean. Carpeting was stained throughout and the chair in our room was a mess. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and other items that required attention. Not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard I'm used to. Staff seem very distant and indifferent.

First, the good. Staff members were kind, considerate, and very helpful.Next, the terrible.Hampton Inn is no Hilton by any sense of the word (at least not this Bowie, MD location).A] Elevator carpets were not only soiled, but stunk of a lingering offensive odor. A simple, consistent carpet shampooing would take care of this problem, however, only after you replace those filthy, hideous things.B] The bathrooms, overall, do not have the cleanliness feel that I've come to expect from a Hilton brand (for example, Hilton Garden Inn is fabulous).C] In the first room, the tub faucet had something brown on it that resembled feces. I was promptly relocated to a different room. This room was cleaner.D] Changing the room is an EXPECTED first step to correcting the problem. Doing so is commonplace and not an exemplary act.***Neither the male overnight desk professional, nor the female morning professional offered me a concession off of my current stay, nor a future Hampton Inn stay. 10% to 15% would have been an appropriate adjustment. (For the record, I am a previous Hotel Manager). This is my second not-so-good experience with Hampton Inn. The other I stayed in years ago just simply had beds that weren't comfortable and so was this one too, not comfortable. I'm making the comparison to Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton hotels. Often, one can stay at the Garden Inn for less money and receive crisper, cleaner rooms, more comfortable beds and definitely, no stinky elevators because the carpet looks like the original carpet from its construction and has never been cleaned, nor changed.Nonetheless, finish out the experience the right way. Always, always, extend some type of gift (specialized breakfast and 10% off the room), or a fair, reasonable concession (such as 15%) in an instance such as this.**In the 1980's concessions were made, long before the internet took its hold. You mean in the 2020's we think concessions are a thing of the past with the foothold the internet has today? Sadly mistaken. It's taken me over 25 years to return to a Hampton from the first experience. I return and this is what I get, more of the same? Preposterous?!Finish the experience the right way !!!!Noteworthy details: Elevators are absolutely hideous !! Filthy carpets and they stink.
