Low supply and manager had a terrible customer service. Black people need to come together and have our beauty supply stores. The disrespect is loud and we keep coming.

This beauty has THE WORST customer service I ever experienced. Couple days ago I went to look for a sandal/slide for a cookout that same day and saw one I really wanted . Only the display pair was out so I asked a male employee for the other pair. He response by saying he doesn’t know. I asked was the other shoe just not present in the store or is there a chance he can check in the back and see if it’s there, he responds by getting loud at me and refusing to get the shoe. I hate going back and forth but I had to make it a point for him to understand he doesn’t have get loud it was just question. After, moving on from the situation he goes to Thomas (manager/ his younger brother) and continues to talk about me while I’m still in the store. I again respond by telling him all I asked was a question, it’s very rude & unnecessary to carry on the situation by talking about me like I didn’t know what he was saying. The mistake I made that day was still giving this store business. Please do better with your customer service, it’s ridiculous and simply just sad. Thank you to the young lady who at least tried to help me out with the return process. Hopefully this family business can take some customer service tips from you.

I’m super late with this review. Pardon me.This IS the revamp this location needed!!! Bright and welcoming, just like the beautiful young lady working there. The wig selection is getting better and THE PRICE- it’s a steal!!! 10-10 will recommend.
