The gym is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Glay and Raymond are top notch instructors!

Great gym! Great machines and workout environment. I like the spin class with Glay A LOT, it’s intense but really good.
Special thanks to Larry, the manager, and whoever was working front desk 5/14 in the evening! Nice guys who are knowledgeable and were helpful. Thanks a lot.

First visit to this location. I haven’t been a gym member in years but this location has me ready to renew because it has everything you need. Lots of natural light, good variety of classes, plenty of equipment and space, plus the staff is friendly and professional.
