I bought a car wash at the pump. I tapped the silver wash twice, then I filled up. It did not print a number for the wash. I went inside to ask the clerk, and he informed me that I did not buy a wash. It did not add it at the pump. So, I used my credit card and purchased the mid wash for 12 dollars. Apparently the mid wash does not wash the top of your car. The top spindle did not lower so only the sides of my car got clean. The gas station is fine and the shop inside, but avoid using the carwash.

The cashier had no idea how the code for the car wash worked. Then i finally figure it out just for it to not even work! Took the car to show the manager Sam just for him to do nothing and we left with a dirty car! Plus no refund! Terrible service!

The way the store owner followed me around trying to be sneaky is EMBARRASSING! This is why we have to build more businesses for our own ! If I wasn’t about to run outta gas I would have left. I guess I really looked like a thief with a sleeveless work out outfit on with no bag in sight. Dissatisfied

This review does not come easy. I have spent a lot of money at this location and have received the worst customer service in all of Maryland. I know that this location has changed owners, but the worst thing is they kept the same lazy and unfriendly staff of the past. I have experienced that they not only are not helpful but rude and lack people skills when serving people of color. It is, in my opinion, that if you don't like your job, then you should quit. There is no excuse for poor customer service. I don't plan on returning to this location, and if I were you, I would stay away.
