“Ahem did a great job. My Kenmore Refrigerator purchased 11/2021 needs a door Bin and a crisper cover tray. I purchased the 5 year protection plan. I was told by the tech that the door bin and cover is considered cosmetic and is not covered. I offered to pay for the items and was told the parts are no longer available for my Refrigerator. Ahem tried to help me find the parts on other sites. My Less than 4 year old product is discontinued with no parts. Although I am not happy about my Refrigerator I am satisfied with the Techs Service v Ahem gave me a follow up call about the parts. This is the service Sears once offered.
