I paid a visit to your store today and I really surprised when I got in line to be checked out and after the I was told this register is closed and to my surprise because it you store manager Kierig that turn me away. I truly didn't understand this process because I said I just saw you ring someone out, and that person was an employee, I saw the uniform and name tag. Other customers were complaining because she was on the phone, saying she was talking to her manager, and if that were true you higher management does respect customers that pay their salaries as well.

I’ve been to this location several times recently and the cashiers never greet the customers. Specifically, Deon I initiated contact with him since he doesn’t and he just flat out ignores you. The 2nd time I asked if he heard me say hello, he replied yes but still didn’t return the greeting. This young man needs customer service training if he’s going to continue to be on the register, otherwise he’s needs a job stocking shelves.

This is a good place to get holiday decorations, gift bags and wrapping paper, craft item and other household items. You can get some name brands. Some of the quality of some items are not what you would get in the grocery store. But they are usable. The prices went up to 1.25 but still a good price f ok r what you get.

Dollar Tree needs to train the employees at the register the one have more than 1 employee ring and everybody in the whole store too if somebody's getting blooms you know yes other people is anybody else getting balloons I have somebody else that works there fill the balloons instead of having everybody saying around for 20 minutes
