Customer service here has always been subpar. Some staff are nice, some don't say anything, most don't help or don't want to help, they usually don't have change, they usually don't do cash back even though it's supposed to be an option, there's always new staff, so many things are out of place (most likely due to customers) the store needs to close for two days and be completely restocked and organized. New staff should be hired. I would personally assume that the management is the issue cause the old ones (that are not there anymore) just had that "look" that ummm the look where you don't want to be bothered..that look where people apply for jobs that they don't want to work because they probably didn't make the best decisions in life. But I give the store 5 stars because I've personally never had an issue with them, I have tough skin just like the staff does, I bring card or a low amount of cash if they don't have changed, I'll actually bring change if they need it (cause why not..better to help them then to complain about something that may be out of their hands) an a because I get what I need and go.

I really don't know what happened within the last year or so. I've noticed new staff here, but with the previous staff there was never boxes laid out everywhere and shelves were always stocked. It was always clean. Now you'll be lucky to find what you want, while tripping over boxes or having to move a rack of stacked boxes to reach an item.Presentation is everything. Which it no longer has.

I really wish they would remodel or something, I've been in some really nice dollar trees. I think it's one by Arundel Mills Mall it's clean, organized and bright.

You can't beat the prices. While you can't always find what you want, the variety of the products sold is good and the shelves are restocked constantly. If I don't find something on one trip I will likely find it there the next time. I love this store.

This is THEE cleanest, most organized and well stocked location in Bowie to me. Alot of times, Dollar Tree stores can be overwhelming with the many options they offer on top of the disorganization caused by customers picking over things. I for one appreciate the care, eye, and attentiveness given to so much being done in the store.

There needs to be a self checkout lane available because the cashiers have such bad additives. I would much rather ring up my own merchandise and pay for my items with a machine rather than deal with the cashiers nasty attitudes.
