The customer service representative was also very much helpful. I also appreciate the additional measurements they are taking with following the COVID 19 safety guidelines.I can definitely tell management is doing a great job with leading and educating, training staff. Navy Federal is my go to for all of my banking/financial/ business services needs. I would humbly like to suggest maybe adding water bottles in the lobby as a courtesy to customers. Even if they can’t drink inside the branch. (Masks on) Also maybe adding automative night lights outside for drive through. Keep up the great job.”
