I haven't been there for a while, as I no longer work at my previous job. But EVERY TIME I've been there, it has been nothing but a very pleasant experience. I will be staying there in the future, as I will be there in the coming months. The staff has always been great, and Robert ALWAYS greats me with a smile. It's nice to stay at a place where they actually know and remember you.

Everything was just fine. I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again. I wasn't happy with the grilled cheese sandwich. Cocktails were mid level.

Good place nice and clean customer service could be better behind the desk no indoor pool which was a huge disappointment for the size of this hotel

Air conditioning = sounded like B52 airplane....all night long! One egregious error...no grab bar in the bathtub. Accident waiting to happen!

We took our family to six flags and wanted to stay in the area overnight. The hotel is an easy drive to and from the park. The room was a great price for a bedroom suite! Very nice, very clean, great amenities! All of the staff were super polite and great to be around. The kids loved the pool! We will be back, and thank you!

This hotel has a great vacation or resort feel. It is very convenient for Washington D.C. The main floor is open and airy. The outdoor pool is beautiful. There is a restaurant providing good food and good service, for an economical and convenient alternative to going off premises.
I marked the rooms lower only because - pay attention - they have double beds instead of queens. Also the room was not carpeted. But the cleaning staff does a terrific job.
Nearby activities: Right off U.S. 50 to get in and out of Washington D.C.
Food and drinks: On-site restaurant was our choice every night for dinner. Very convenient, economical, good food, friendly staff.
Great job also with the typical Comfort Inn breakfast
Only note was that there was no coffee in the lobby. But you have the regular coffee maker in the room.

If you want to experience overdoses and crackheads then this is the hotel for you! Our first night here and we witnessed an overdose on a young man. Then as we were taking our child to the pool, we saw a man handling drugs at a table. Pretty sure it was meth. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is super nice. But we do not feel safe and I would NOT recommend this to anyone who wants to feel safe or has young kids. The pool was great. Just not the crackheads hanging around the pool or staying at the hotel. 10 out of 10, don’t recommend!
Update: The hotel commented below that they wish we would have told them of people who were doing drugs at the hotel. We did. We notified the front desk staff and they actually zoomed in on the man who was handling drugs by the pool (by their camera at the front desk). So yes, we did notify the front desk staff of people who were using drugs at the hotel. Another update, we stayed here for over 3 nights and 3 nights straight around 1am and 3am, it sounded as if someone was trying to kick down our front door to the room. We ran into the hallway to see what was happening and there was no one there. Not one single person came out of their room from the noise either. It was the strangest, scariest thing we have ever experienced in a hotel. Our daughter was so scared. It legitimately sounded as if someone was trying to kick down our door. It happened, we notified the front desk staff and they said they would look into it.

I've stayed here several times now and it's always been clean, safe and very friendly. The location is great and the price is good. They have a delicious full breakfast as well.

The rooms are ok. They still need some updating. The AC is so loud i could bsrely sleep. And the wall paper in our room was bubbling from the humidty.
Robert at the front Desk was so friendly and accommodating. He alwasys greeted us when we returned and was always smiling.
The location is great but i wouldnt stay here again.
They have a free breakfast but i didnt eat any food. The coffee was decent. I didnt like the fact they wont let you bring breakfast back to the room. We had a cousin who had a stroke and has mobility issues and getting to breaskfast each morning was a bit much so we purchased breakfast next door at Bob Evans for her each day

We liked it so much we stayed twice.
Rooms: The room was clean, comfortable bed. The bath towels were large.
Nearby activities: Close to shopping and restaurants. The Baysox Stadium is close by.
Food and drinks: The free breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs were not runny. My favorite were the waffles. There was plenty to start your day.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly!
