I was shopping around for car and auto insurance and decided to give Cinawaye agency a call due to the reviews and I wanted to support a female. Although, it's only been I believe a month the experience has been like no other. From the time I called and was assisted by insurance rep. Destini (who has been great with answering questions, etc.). To speaking with agent Cinawaye herself as she likes to meet with her new clients to go over your policies. I appreciate an agent that takes the time to meet with their clients to review and discuss options. I would definitely recommend Cinawaye agency.

The customer service is ALWAYS great! I also love my holiday and birthday cards that I receive, it’s always a pleasure receiving them. Destini recently assisted me and I can say she was phenomenal, quick response time and super quick turnaround.

They care about you they take the time to review your policy and suggest ways to improve and benefit what you don't have what you should consider and what you can get the rates or reasonable and as an insurance agent I am thankful to have found that State farm does a very good job at reasonable rates they should be considered when you are shopping

Ms Elivert is the best. The issue I was having was not very "clearcut". Ms Elivert was very professional, polite, and helpful. It took a few days to resolve the issue, but she followed-up appropriately and in detail, all the while keeping me informed of progress. I am happy to say the issue is finally resolved satisfactorily.
