Be warned - Deceptive marketing practices. This dealership does not offer their vehicles for the prices they advertise. I'm used to most dealerships wanting to add on additional fees, but Ourisman wanted to add on a stunning $5,000 to the advertised price for their "Ourisman gold standard inspection" (which they said they charge for every one of their vehicles), as well as other lesser fees (document processing fee, wheel lock fee, etc.). Additionally, the vehicle was not cleaned or would be ready (half scraped off tint on the windows) to take home that night, even if we would have wanted to pay an extra $5K-plus to buy it. Long story short, they wanted us to pay about $44,000 for a vehicle they advertised at $36,591, and told us that they had an online stipulation wherein they related they could add additional fees. However, their online price Dealer Disclaimer on CARFAX states that the advertised price of "Used vehicles exclude tax, tags, and a dealer processing fee of $500." - nothing about a $5,000 inspection fee. We left. Visiting Ourisman was a horrible and disappointing waste of time and the worst dealership experience of my life. We plan on making a complaint with a Maryland DMV licensing inspector about our visit, along with the BBB, CARFAX, and other online car sale websites where they are advertising this vehicle with untruthful pricing and disclosures.
