Needed to do in-person verification of my identity due to locks I chose to have on my accounts. Nearly empty car lot, no one waiting in the lobby aside from a Chase employee.Told I need to make an appointment in order to have an employee look at two of my IDs to verify I am in fact me.

I recently switched from Bank of America to Chase. I needed to visit a branc to exchange some Euros from a recent vacation so I had to visit the location in Bowie.Immediately after walking in I was greeted and asked how they could help me today.I then went to the teller line. There was 1 customer ahead of me. I waited no more than 1 minute to be helped.Teller answered my questions and was very polite.Great Experience overall.Happy with my decision to take my business account to Chase.

Really rethinking about keeping my account. Walked into the branch, there were three employees sitting down. Neither employee acknowledged my presence when I walked in the door. Sat down for about 3 minutes a guy came in and he was acknowledged as soon as he walked into the door. After he was helped I was then asked if I needed help with anything. Very unprofessional.

It was a pleasure dealing with such professionals. The greeter was polite and helpful. After stating the reason for my visit, she directed me to the Bank Officer Albany Breckenridge.We were there to open accounts for my two college-bound kids. Ms. Breckenridge told us everything about what the bank offered. She then set my kids up with what they needed quickly and efficiently.Because of her patience, courtesy and banking knowledge, we left the bank smiling and feeling welcomed and respected. Ms. Breckenridge is a true professional.

Just because there is a glass screen between you and the customer doesn't mean you're sound proof... absolutely unacceptable to speak poorly about people when they're right in front of you. I've been a Chase customer for over 20 years and to be honest, this was the last straw for me. Congratulations Chase, you've lost another customer!

This is not one of my banks but I stopped by to make a deposit in my brother's account. I was greeted by Sherrele and thanked division Chase Bank. She inquired as to the nature of my business, directed me to where I needed to go to fill out the necessary forms and wouldn't you know she proceeded to process my transaction. Didn't realize there were banks who still extended customer service like this. Now I am wondering, "why would I bank anywhere else. Thanks Sherrele. You really made a difference.

Terrible and unproffetional bankers.They don’t know any bank works. Only answer is ‘call the bank, do it online’. The ATM works better than these bankers
