Rude manager, called and got hung up on 6 times because I asked for the store number to file a complaint with BBB and Big lots corporations. Best Believe it was still filed. I had already talked to a Manger that was supposed to have the issue resolved so why I get calls my money was not refunded on BIG LOTs mistake. I have screenahots to prove the delivery address and it was sent to this location. Never in my life had such rude service from a big lots. If they just answered my first question this could of been taken care of. Rude

If u shop Big Lots, make sure u read the fine print on sale signs. Even when u show the cashier the sign, they add convenient wording. " sale doesn't cover that. Bought this bc sign said 20% off ALL floor products. They said that meant specific cleaners and fluids. I have beverages seen a 18oz of cleaning fluids for $245. Customer svc said the sign showed what models were included. No it didn't. Like the store, but that did it for me.

Really good selection and the employees were great. Had to buy a bag for .15 cents. Good location's, just make sure you bring your bag(s).
