When I first walled into this store the small black lady at the front register looked Straight in my face and did not greet me. I should've turned around and walked out but I was curious to see the wig collection. I stood for about 10-15 minutes before I had to go looking for someone to assist me. The older Asian woman says I can try the wigs on at the back and never came back to further assist. Then a black woman came to provide some limited assistance with 1 wig and then teetered off to the side. I was in the store for 25 minutes before I found out there was a wig sale, so now that made me want to get a pricier wig. Once again I'm looking and nobody's helping for a while until this young Asian girl came and actually did her job, helped a customer. I'm a little picky but I should be when getting $250+ wigs. I didn't get her name but I believe she had pink in her hair and glasses but I truly appreciate her customer service skills. Even at the checkout the woman at the front was rude and here I am spending $355 in this store. I don't live in this area and I will never patronize this store again. It's hard to believe this store's such low quality service considering the area it is located. At least I'm happy with my wigs, if you don't care about customer service then this is the store for you ?

Please don't frequent this awful place! Customer service sucks, and God forbid you want to make a return... horrible return policy. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years in this place, and when I tried to make a $4.99 return, I was refused. Never will I shop here again. I will definitely look for an African American shop that caters to all of my needs. In the future, I will only support Black owned hair care businesses. I suggest you do the same. Why are we making others rich who don't care a thing about us!!! They just want our money!

I desperately needed a wig to hold me over for a week or two. I haven’t been to a B4U in YEARS! LITERALLY!! So I go inside and look for a human hair wig and didn’t have my daughter who would have definitely helped me, so I ask a older unattractive worker who was sitting in the wig section doing nothing and she answered my few questions very short, sharp and rudely as if I was wrong or stupid for asking a question.This is nothing “new” with “them”. Im normally good standing my ground but I deviated out of desperation but nothing has changed. It amazes me how a person can want your money but not want your business. And be ARROGANT enough to mistreat patrons who are the reason they are in business ?. Again I’m not a regular not even a here and there shopper at this business so they better salivate over my purchase because this experience has reminded me why I DO NOT SHOP HERE!Lastly, I must acknowledge the younger ladies on the cash register and throughout the store. They were professional helpful and friendly.

I was deeply uncomfortable here. I came here with my friend to buy a wig and some hair supplies. The woman who helped us was nice (unfortunately, I didn't note her name), but the problem was with John. He followed us around the store and kept staring at us. At first, I thought it was in my head, but every time I glanced up from a wig, he was staring us down. After settling on a wig, I looked for some supplies and came across the press on nail section. I was trying to figure out which nails I wanted to try and he popped up and said in a strange tone, "What are you looking for?" I didn't quite catch it the first time so I said "what" and he repeated himself. I told him I was just looking and he kinda backed away, but it felt really weird. I try not to assume the worst intentions, but this felt really disrespectful and discriminatory. Of course, there's always a chance I misinterpreted the situation, but I have my doubts considering how closely I was being watched while browsing.

Literally the worst one I’ve been too. Also trying to figure out why it’s okay for you to lock paying customers out before y’all close when there is time to still grab things I need. Also employees laughing as the security guard rudely lets you know they are “closed” is wild to me.

Good selection of wigs. Sales ladies made little.effort if any to help customers. If you asked them a queston, they would quickly answer and then walk off.

It was terrible all a computers had shut down. I couldn't purchase my item until after all the computers came up. very bad first time going there as well.

Do not buy ANY electrical tools from them. I brought a H2ProSilk Bohemian blow dryer from them on 07/12/22. On 8/18/22, while I was using it on a client t, a loud pop happened and the blow dryer started making a loud sound and smelled like something was burning. I tried to return it but the Mgr told me they don't allow returns on electric items because people drop them in the bathroom and break items themselves. I explained what happened and she didn't care. My client and I could have been hurt. The receipt says it does not accept returns for appliances such as clippers and blades... not blow dryers. Highly disappointed because I am a regular and will not be back.

Always and forever the worst beauty supply store. Especially for closing 10mins before your actual closing time frame. What type of business do they run over there? I had issues during the Pandemic and promised to never go to this establishment. Especially after the racial situations they have with their consumers. Then the security guy on duty has a very rude and obnoxious attitude while on his Bluetooth phone call. Sad it's the only convenient beauty supply near my studio. But never will I show face again! I don't mean to give a 1 star either.
