“I came in to open a new account. I have banked at Truist for several years now, and have not been please with the service in the area. However, my experiences changed with the high level of service I received today. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a teller who directed me to the seating area. Before I could even sit down, the Branch leader, Calvin Todman, informed me he could assist me right away. He went above and beyond to open my account, answer questions, and set everything up while I was in office. There was nothing left for me to do at home! When he did not know a questions right away , he was very transparent and asked for support to ensure the answer was correct. I could tell that he cared about the level of service that he provides to clients. I am happy that I chose this location for my banking needs.”

“Fast professional service. I handled my auto loan refinance online and then came inside this local branch to pick up my check. Quick and very efficient. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The customer service representative was also very much helpful. I also appreciate the additional measurements they are taking with following the COVID 19 safety guidelines.I can definitely tell management is doing a great job with leading and educating, training staff. Navy Federal is my go to for all of my banking/financial/ business services needs. I would humbly like to suggest maybe adding water bottles in the lobby as a courtesy to customers. Even if they can’t drink inside the branch. (Masks on) Also maybe adding automative night lights outside for drive through. Keep up the great job.”

Christopher Phillip, the representative who assisted me, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service.I encountered an issue while trying to obtain a cashier's check at the Bank of America in Crofton, but my experience at the Bank of America in Bowie was exceptional. Gary, the manager, greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to assist me. “I am not for sure why this bank got such poor reviews. I was just there yesterday. There was one bank teller who was very cordial and professional and another bank representative tending to customers. I asked where the nearest chick fil a was since I had to drive back to DC. The security guard gave me precise directions and I got my meal and was back on the road.”

“This is a good bank branch. Expect it to be kind of loud in there, and it's got people in it(but they move the line real good). The good thing about it is they'll accept silly things like you want to buy rolls of half dollars or nickels, and they can deposit your check if you don't want to do it online. If your account is online, or if it is opened at a bank, enjoy coming here to buy coins or deposit checks or withdraw cash or whatever it is you do. A banky bank.”
