Do not do business with this Company again. In May Kevin Gaines the new owner came to pick 2 lawnmowers from me. The name of his company is KG small engine repair. One Husqvarna which shuts off when mowing, he operated it in my presence and same thing happened. The other is a Craftsman. I told him the craftsman was leaking gas. He took both and he brought back the Husqvarna after two weeks or so. When he brought it and I started it the same noise I was hearing was noticed. I told him something is still wrong he said he fixed it and I said okay. The following day I was unable to use it and he came back 4 days to pick it up. I asked him about the craftsman and told him not to fix it again since he told he could get it to start and stopped the leaks and for him to return it when He returned the Husqvarna as well. After about a month he brought back the Husqvarna and not the craftsman and I have been asking him to bring back the craftsman because even the Husqvarna that he brought back was useless and I can't use it. He refused and has been holding my machine hostage. I have called and texted him several times to no avail. He told me that I have to pay for diagnostic fee. I told him I would not pay such because I told him the problem before he picks up and with the unsatisfactory of the Husqvarna I asked him earlier on to returned it because he told me that he has not worked on. Please do not do business with him. It's a shame that this happened to me. Customer service is the heart of any business and to want to deceive people because you want to pay your bills is bad because that's all he tells me that he has to pay his bills but I have paid him for the Husqvarna that's not even working and he wants me to pay him for something that I knew the diagnosis and I told him and since his work was not satisfactory earlier on, I asked him to plead dropped off the other one and not fix it.

He was professional and nice. He diagnosed my mower's problem with me over the phone. By the time I got to the shop he took less 30 minutes to do the repair and send me home with a perfectly functioning lawn mower. I recommend his services. April 30, 2021

I’ve been dealing with All Seasons rental and garden equipment repair for 30 years I needed new tires mounted for my yard cart and all seasons gave me a great labor rate compared to other local lawn mower shops. They Called me and told me I needed new inner tubes and gave me great prices on those also. They have always been a very reasonable repair shop that won’t rake you over the coals on repairs Thanks Jonce And Bobby for doing business the way it should be done!

So Jon is America's iconic heroic small businessman. He has moved the lawn mower repair and rental business from Bowie down to his location at MD-301 at Trade Zone Ave. Call ahead. Knowledgeable staff who will get it done right at a reasonable price.

This place has definitely changed. I think they changed ownership and ever since then service has been nonexistent. I tend to agree with at least one other reviewer in that they tend to give repair costs that rival a new purchase. I do try to support local but can no longer support local that only values my money but not my patronage.

All Seasons Rental was great about holding the pump for me, and had it ready when I came in to pick it up. The pump worked perfectly, was fully submersible, and pumped out my 25,000 gallon pool in about 7 hours. The cost was minimal, and saved me the cost of having a company come in to pump it, since my pool pump was inoperable. Jonce and his team were flexible, accommodating and informative, and made the whole experience a breeze. They're on my speed dial for equipment rentals!

They were very nice. And while they were going through a move, they went the extra mile to pick-up materials necessary to the repair. I did need to re-explain what I wanted and didn't get the item back as quickly as I would have liked. But it was inexpensive too.

I've been going to this shop for 25 years. I bought my mower there. When the owners changed a few years ago, I continued going there. The service was always good, the fees in the normal range, and the turn around time OK if you didn't bring your mower in at the height of the season. The website says they moved to 680 Crain highway. I drove down there, drove up the driveway and all around the property. No sign of any business established there. No sign of any mowers, any employees, and activity. Maybe they'll get re-established later in the summer. I would still go there, if it was really open.

Should have just bought a new lawn mower. I was told the mower would be ready in 3 weeks. After calling them three weeks later, they told me it would take an additional week to fix. They allowed me to pay an additional $85 for it to get done (Fixed) next day that's extortion if you ask me. $158 later they gave me my lawn mower after promising it would only cost $85 for the complete tune-up in 3 weeks. Liars and cheats, I paid the same amount to get it next day in 4 weeks of waiting. I understand that it's a local business and I'm into supporting local businesses; just not THIS local business. Find someone else to fix your mower, even if it's 20 miles away.
