When ever I ship anything to my parents I can see on tracking it sits for days at the Boonsboro office and/or arrives damaged.

Mail carriers are nice. Severe issue of putting mail for old residents in the mailbox though. We rented a place for three whole years in town and received the last residents mail over and over the entire time. I called, wrote notes on the letters saying return to sender, she does not and will not live at that address again- everything. We moved out a year ago. The nice family that moved in after us STILL GETS THAT OLD RESIDENTS MAIL. STILL. WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW HOW I KNOW THIS? I just got a letter for that same resident with a note saying return to sender written on it because the post office in boonsboro was too lazy to read the name the mail was originally sent to and slapped a sticker with our name and new address on it to forward to. They get three stars just cause we loved the mail carriers positive attitude when we were there. Always nice, but someone in the office obviously need to improve.
