“This is the best Auto Repair shop for all cars especially foreign in Maryland! Sam the owner treated me and everyone I seen him encounter with the utmost respect and honesty. This shop is so awesome. I purchased a used Audi Q7 Prestige from VA and it failed inspection do to an alleged exhaust drip. I refuse to let Audi do the work as they were trying to get over. Spoke to Sam, he told me bring it in. Looked at it with no appointment and told me how much it would cost for his shop to repair and he saved me a lot of money. He also did not charge me for diagnostic and took time to explain the repair. At this shop they don’t try to get over and upcharge you for things not broken and that is rare. They know their vehicles and repair was fast. They are an honest but master shop that work on any and every type of vehicle but especially Audi, BMW, and Mercedes! All maintenance will be performed by Burhans Auto Service from this point on. The ladies at the desk are delightful and pleasant as well. First class service and first class people!”

“I was visiting the area when my engine light came on and all of the safety features disabled on my 2020 Subaru Outback. They were kind enough to look at my car and quickly identified that the thermo control valve was failing. There was no way they could fix it as their schedule was full and it was a holiday weekend. But they evaluated the integrity of the car to determine whether it was safe enough for me to make the 2-hour drive back home. They were very accommodating, they provided expert service, and eased my mind enough to get home. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice!”

“I had two blown tires off I81 North. I tried calling multiple places and came up with sky high deals and with hours of wait time. I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. Pricing was like being in the Bronx haha. RECOMMEND!!!!!”
“Great shop! Knowledgeable mechanics, fair prices and honest. There are very few shops that I feel comfortable referring my customers to and this is one of them. I would like to address one of the reviews that complains that Eddies wouldn’t replace only 2 tires on an AWD. That customer should be grateful that these mechanics were knowledgeable enough to refuse. I’ve seen too many tire shops replace 1-2 tires and then the vehicle ends up in a transmission shop like mine needing 1000s of dollars in AWD and transmission repairs. Any difference in tread or wear WILL damage a vehicle. So if the customer didn’t have the money to replace 4 tires they absolutely wouldn’t have the money to spend thousands on major repairs caused by mismatched tires. That review shows that this is an honest and knowledgeable shop. Many places just take the money and let the customer deal with the fallout. But Eddies did the right thing and then got bashed for it. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. It’s extremely rare these days to find reputable, hard-working and honest people, this shop is a gem!”

“I had my second visit to Bonebrake today, and once again felt so very well taken care of that I had to leave a review. This is a family owned shop, started by Mr. Bonebrake's father in the late 40s. These days it is operated by Mr. Bonebrake and his son Jason, so there are three generations of history here! ?
All the feel good stuff is of course very nice, but when you pair that with the quality and value, this is my official new go-to for car repair. I have always found the Bonebrakes and their attendants (shout out to Jason and Larry?) personable and professional. I trust this shop ?.”

“They replaced my alternator. Unfortunately, the brand new alternator experienced infant mortality within 3 weeks.Luckily, South Potomac Service Center honored the warranty and replaced the alternator again, no charge. Replacing an alternator on my vehicle is a much more involved and time consuming effort than it is on many other vehicles. So much so that Toyota quotes this effort as requiring a minimum of 3 1/2 hours labor.They stepped up and took care of my vehicle - pleased with the outcome so far!Services: Battery”

“A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. “Road trip, early am stop due car sudden vibration on road. Someone was there and was very kind to look at the car right away as our kids were with us. Turns out lug nuts on back tires weren't torqued on both rear tires after a recent service and one rear tire was about to fall off. Fortunately we were close to tires plus. Jeff and team swiftly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us on the road again. Fortunately everything caught in time!”
