Mr. Richard performed service to two German vehicles this past month (September 2023). Both vehicles are working great and I'm very content with his explanation and consideration. He's a great asset to have in Sharpsburg and I look forward to continue a great relationship with Spoonire Auto Service! :-)Services: Transmission

Richard very good to deal with. Great communication and efficient service. Finds the problem rather than just automatically replacing stuff.

Recommend. I had a non-standard request: install rear brakes and rotor on my wife’s daily driver with parts I supplied (slotted and drilled). No surprises, happy with the results. I’ll be back.

I am disappointed with the service. They did not fix my problem just charged me for something else and forgot my appointment time

This garage is terrific. We've taken our Tahoe and also our classic 69 Mustang there before. They do good work and try to be flexible. This week, however, sealed the deal as we were having trouble with an 0-2 sensor. My son, at 16, is studying to be a mechanic at Tech High. He replaced the sensor at our house, but it still failed the emissions test and the check engine light came on again. When I explained this to Spoonire's and asked for their help before it caused a catalytic converter failure (very expensive), they not only fit me in quickly, they told me to bring my son and they would involve him in the fix so he could see. Turns out, he handled it correctly, but the new part itself was defective. They helped us get another new part for free and only charged for their time. What other garage would take the time to do that? Thanks Richard and Ashley for going above and beyond! Small town family businesses are the best!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We have 5 vehicles and this is the only place we take them to be serviced. Everything is explained, questions are answered and there are never any surprise charges. Highly recommend.Services: Engine repair

Great place. Very professional and easy to work with. I am particular and my ride was treated with kid gloves. Richard rocks.

I have been using Spoonire for a couple of years now. I found them because they are a preferred installer on the Jasper Engines website. I went out to talk to them and I was very impressed with their shop. You can always tell a great mechanic shop when the employees wear uniforms, there are no old engines, transmissions, and cars that are not being repaired hanging around rusting. Their lobby is very clean and inviting. The workshop itself is organized, and even the floors are clean. That automatically tells you that they take pride in their work. A big surprise is their services are very competitive with shops that I wouldn't trust to change my oil. Last year I moved to Harrisburg Pennsylvania. Despite the distance, I am willing travel all the way from Pennsylvania because of the premium services, fair pricing, and most importantly the trust that the work they do is top-notch.Services: Transmission
