We have loved Mt. Nebo for our infant. The staff is amazing, and the curriculum they implement (even for babies!) is so enriching. Ms. Kim runs a great program.

The center now has bed bugs and Is charging parents a full week while they are closed. At the time of her response, I still have not recieved a call from management. It appears she is only interested in speaking via Facebook and text. Extremely unprofessional.

A place like this is hard to find! You can tell the teachers really care. My son tells me how much fun he has in the outdoor program and is never upset to go to school. My infant daughter also goes here and is well taken care of. They share photos with parents of the kids throughout the day which is nice to see all the fun they are having. It means a lot to have peace of mind throughout the work day. We love Mt Nebo!!

My daughter has been in Mt Nebo since she was 2. She went through the 2s program with Ms Amy and Ms Kathy and did not want to leave. She finally moved on to the 3s program with Ms Vicki, and again when it was time for her to go to Pre K, she did not want to leave. She loved coming to Mt Nebo. All of the teachers show the upmost respect to their parents. They treated my daughter like she was family to them which is hard to find in a big corporate center where you are usually just a number. Every center has reasons to close, and every center still expects tuition to be paid. Closed or opened, staff need to get their paychecks. We have never had any issues with the cleanliness of Mt Nebo. My daughter was always sent home clean and well taken care of. I think the previous reviews are spite reviews because someone didn't get their way! I would definitely recommend Mt Nebo to anyone looking for an amazing preschool.

We have had our kids at Mt Nebo for over 2 years. They have been so well cared for by the teachers. The facility is clean and the teachers deeply care for our children. We have been with them through covid classroom shutdowns and now the bedbugs that another reviewer noted. I have never questioned the cleanliness of this facility and bed bugs, as well as other pests like lice, are not a cleanliness issue, it is an unlucky circumstance when you pick up these little hitchhikers. While I didn't love having a change in my schedule for 2.5 days, I completely understood and sincerely appreciate Mt Nebos attention to the issue and the lengths they went to make sure it did not spread. It is no different than if someone unknowingly brought the flu to the classroom and my child got sick and had to be picked up and stay home for a few days. You pay for the days your kid is sick so it makes sense to still pay for a couple days closure that is no ones fault. Mt Nebo staff has always balanced the safety of children and staff with any inconveniences the families might endure and I appreciate that. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare.

Mt Nebo has bed bugs. I will be removing my daughter from this place immediately. The management here has not apologized or taken any steps to alleviate concerns from parents on this matter other than fumigating and “thank you for your understanding”. They are not offering reduced costs or a refund while closing the entire center. This place is a disaster. Avoid like a BUG

Our daughter has been attending Mt. Nebo since the summer and absolutely loves it there! Her teachers have all been wonderful and she’s had the opportunity to experience so many new things. She hasn’t even been there a year yet, but already she has grown so much both socially and academically. We couldn't be happier with our decision to send her to Mt. Nebo!

Mt. Nebo has been a wonderful place for my 3 year old son and I can't wait for my 1 year old to start at the preschool as well. My son gets excited to go to preschool and always has a smile on his face when talking about the preschool. The teachers are been phenomenal and the Christian education is superb. It's hard trusting anyone to watch your children but I know my kids are being cared for while there. The Director makes decisions that are in the best interest of the children and they have updated the security of the building. I enjoy watching the kids learn and grow together!

In general, I hesitate to rely on reviews because it’s hard to verify their accuracy. If you too are someone that reads reviews with a grain of salt, I encourage you to ask around the community.When we moved to the Boonsboro area 9 years ago, we heard about Mt. Nebo’s preschool program through word of mouth within the first week of being here. Everyone had such positive things to say about it. When our kids were toddler age, we enrolled each of them and our experience with this program over the past 6 years has been truly blessed. The caliber and dedication of the teachers and staff continues to impress us and each of our children have grown tremendously because of this program. The staff has shown the flexibility, sensitivity, and adaptability to teach and mentor each of our children based on their needs.The fact that this preschool offers Christian based teachings is also a plus for our family. We’ve connected to many preschool and church families as a result and have found this community very warm and welcoming.

My son has attended Mt. Nebo for the past two years and has absolutely loved it. He has learned and grown so much thanks to his caring and encouraging teachers. He’s not only learning academics but also how to be a kind and respectful person. I’m so thankful for such a positive experience with my first child!

The preschool has met all expectations! Loving and dependable staff; safety first; fast and effective communication. We, as parents, feel comfortable with sending our child to Mt. Nebo and know that he will be taken care of. The staff even treat parents as family. Highly recommend this preschool!

My daughter, now 4, has been attending since she was 2. She adores all her teachers. She lives the field trips and special activities they plan. She is writting her name and already reading sight words. As a mom i love that she is safe has social interactions and is learning about God in addition to academics. Highly recommend this preschool

What an amazing place. It’s sooo much more than a child care center. My kids have been going there since preschool. We have yet to meet a teacher we didn’t like or the kids didn’t enjoy. All of the staff goes above and beyond to help foster each child’s growth. They truly want to see the best from all the kids.They offer everything a kid could want. Learning time,Play time, craft time, chill time, indoor activities, outdoor play. All of the outdoor play areas are large, well kept and safe. The younger kids have the joy of being able to play in an outdoor area that lets them explore all the natural stuff around them!Aside from all the day to day activities the kids get to enjoy field trips and movie days, and dress up days, and all sorts of crafts. The younger kiddos have the opportunity for Christmas shows and other activities.Our kids have enjoyed MT Nebo since day one.The added benefit for us was having a place that had a basis in the Christian faith. Along with all of the daily schooling, there are many opportunities through the year for parents and kids to gather at all sorts of school sponsored social activities. Sometimes it a community dinner with the attached church, other times it’s a parents night out, other times it’s chili cook off!An amazing place with amazing teachers in every age group. You and your kids will not be disappointed.

We have been a part of the Mt Nebo family for a number of years now, and I do use the word “family” purposefully, as that is the type of environment they have created. It is warm and inviting, and director Ashley and executive Gail are always on top of things, no matter the issue. There’s a reason we keep going back to this lovely institution year after year, and simply cannot day enough wonderful things about MNCP.
