Extremely warm inside during the summer hours. They hate to accommodate the shoppers with cool air as if we don't deserve it being we are shopping in a thrift store.
Majority of the mediocre clothing are unreasonably expensive, which I find rude being these items are donated.
Africans and Hispanics are usually the managers they come to our communities and take advantage of the disadvantage. Stop with the excessive high charges.
Lastly stop stereotyping shoppers we are looking for deals.
The vintage stores in Italy are much cheaper than these local thrift stores.

I was going to buy about 5 pairs of pants but they don't really have dressing rooms and you can't make a purchase without trying them on.
Also, before they lent you the bathroom, now THEY DO NOT HAVE A BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. THINK WELL TO BUY HERE.
I WILL NOT RETURN

03/16/2024- The Sassy Soulful Sisters ( Rolanda and Natasha) ventured out to try to find an outfit for a music gig coming up on March 17th! Love this store! I always have a great time looking for deals! Had fun!

Don't associate with a store that is as racist and discriminatory as this one. There are other 2nd Avenue stores in the area (Laurel and Columbia are fantastic) that are more deserving of your money. Their generic responses to the negative reviews only confirm that they don't care about the fact that they are creating negative shopping experiences for customers.

I apply for a cashier position at this store and was hire 9/6/2023. I told the store manager Octavia that I can work evening Monday-Friday, Saturday anytime and Sunday after 1pm because I go to church in the morning. For a month I still didn't start because Octavia said HR haven't put me on the roaster. I was told this on10/6. Remind you that's a whole month so far. I had to keep calling her to ask her can you find out what taking so longer? Then she went on vacation for a week and before she went on vacation she showed me my schedule evening and weekend and had me coming in on Sunday at 2pm as I requested. Then the new store manager came in while she was gone. I call the new store manager Elenia and ask her if she could find out what was going on. Elenia told me the Octavia didn't sent the additional paper work that she was supposed to sent me. In 5 minutes the new store manage sent me the paper work and I completed it and she ask me to come in at 12 noon on 10/4. When I got there Elenia assist me with my direct deposit and W4 form So I was about to start the training and she gave me the job description for a custodian NOT cashier. I told her I applied for a cashier position NOT custodian. Elenia said we don't have no cashier position because we have self check-out. Then Elenia gave me my schedule for morning and Elenia had me coming in on Sunday at 8am. I told Elenia Octavia knew a had a full time job and was looking for evening and weekends. Elenia then told me she told Octavia that the need morning only for custodian only. So shen then told me she will need to talk to Octavia when she comes back from vacation. So now we're in the 3rd week of October and I still haven't started.. So when Ocativa came back from vacation she apoligies and said I'm sorry we don't have evening & weekend position on morning. So not only was I pissed off because 8 damn week went passed that I wasted waiting on Octavia. SO in other never work there. Now I'm going to file a complaint. ..

There's no cashier in whole store but a woman wanna Hawkeye you on your purchases that you have to do their job for them cause everything is self serve,, and worried about paying for a 10 cent bag don't care about the $40 of stuff you about to buy,,I will not be bugged about paying for a bag if you're not hiring cashier,,I will not an do not condone to businesses not hiring cashier's,,,how many people have they watched walk out stealing but wanna bother people about a 10 cent bag,,, terrible business
