“I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that… customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don’t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day… I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family. “This man sold my parents there first car when they moved to the U.S.A. His a very front blunt and honest man i respect that. Loved to see a 2nd generation to buy a car from him. Everything has flawed but he makes sure he give you a car that works and runs when u sign your name on that contract. In a few months it stops working well its not him is the person who drive like a bat out of hell thinking nothing will happen. People want to blame the salesman or a person for there misfortune. He is a man with a big heart who tries to help if he can but business is business always first. “My salesman John Speake was amazing. He did all the usual with the sale, taking good care of me and making sure I was comfortable. I felt like he was my advocate. He even got me 1/2 tank of gas when I did not purchase the package that included it. But it was his service AFTER the sale that really impressed me. Because the truck was used, the code to unlock the door was missing. When I went to have them pull it, I initially had a very unsatisfactory experience! But John went to work, meeting with the service manager and making sure everything was worked out to my satisfaction. The end result is they are going to install a new door device AND give me a free oil change at my house! So thanks to John for getting it sorted and making sure everything was right. Thanks too to Ernesto, the service manager, for working to turn the experience with service into a positive one.”
