“I've been working with Chris Davis over at Commonwealth for about 4 years now. I have to say that Chris and the Commonwealth team have been the best company for copiers that I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many, including suppliers of Toshiba, Xerox, and Canon copiers. The Konica Minolta copiers provided to us by Commonwealth have been absolute workhorses. I can honestly tell you that we reduced our number of service calls per month from 4+ to less than 1. We average about four service calls per year for our 2 copiers, and the technicians are always prompt and friendly. Our ink and parts arrive automatically.”

“No problems here, I went in with the intent to mail a package. Since this location accepts packages for both USPS and FedEx it was ideal. When you go in, the expectation is to sign in so that you can be placed on the list. You will be texted when it is your turn. I guess this is a good and bad thing. I really don't want to give OD my contact information AND I was actually helped prior to the system acknowledging me. My item was scanned and my receipt was provided. In and out. They appear to have some things in place for staff and customers as they had some plastic protection; although, it wasn't very large. I'll go back to mail a package. Random addition: attendants are much more apt and it is easier to help you when your aren't on your phone. Geez.”

When I couldn't get a box of pocket folders* at a particular Potomac Yards office supply store, I found that Interstate Office Supply was literally just a few blocks away. It ain't fancy, that's for sure. But don't let the sparse outside fool you though. They've got what you need inside if those other office supply stores lets you down. And it's LOCAL! ----- *Seriously? I can't buy a box of 25 white pocket folders at the average office supply store?”
