I DO NOT recommend going to this place. I purchased 2 tires last week and when I went to another shop to get my alignment done they couldn’t do it because they said the tires were not good. I then had to purchase additional tires for the alignment to be completed. I called NTS and explained what happened. One of the workers told me to come in. When I arrived the owner Tony told me he would only give me a refund for one of the tires not both. I will NEVER give this place another dollar.

I went in on a Sunday before closing and they changed my tire, that was nice as I’d been putting it off for idk how long! Got it changed, used tire and was charged more than I normally am. Okay, can’t complain because I was last minute. But the next day, the tire had low air pressure. I said hm, maybe change in weather. Nope! That same week the tire was completely flat and doesn’t hold air! Now I have to spend more money on another tire. Should’ve just gotten new.

The team at NTS tire were very helpful. It's a small shop and I have a constantly under-inflating tire. They got me in and out in 20 minutes with minimal charge. Take cash, if possible. But, I really appreciated their quick work.

Very bad customer service and they try to rip u off! The whole time I was there that were fighting amongst each other and very hostile. It was very uncomfortable and stressful! The one African guy was very disrespectful towards me and was yelling at me. The other co worker said something in African which I’m assuming was something like you can’t talk to customers like that then he started going on that guy! I’d be careful when going here. He was very very rude!
