The lady I meet here was so money hungry .I bought the same phone case a day before for $10 .she charged me $40 today and she put price on everythingI bought a new phone yesterday and today.she wanted to sell me a tiny headphone for $75 .This was my go to store. I have been here several times. before when i meet the guy its no stress but with her it's like there was a problem .she wants to make all her gain from me.Anyways she won , am never coming to this store again.you lost a customer. I always upgrade my family's phones here.But never again and I have been with Metro from 2019.My family is not coming here again.

Benjamin was very friendly and extremely customer service oriented when I came to this location. My experience with him was a breath of fresh air compared to the many locations I had dealt with within that week.

Well here I go again it seems like everywhere I go I have a problem with staff.I went in to pay my bill and get an upgraded phone . Everything went fine at first but a girl who was obviously struggling with drugs came into the store as I was being helped I recognized her from years ago and she looked very bad the young lady behind the counter did not like her being in there but I was talking to her trying to motivate her to get help praying with her and as I was doing so I guess everybody in the store was getting aggravated I am African American and the young lady was African the people who work in the store are Hispanic so anyway I guess after the transaction was done the clerk was rude to me because there was a smell in the store and I asked her just out of curiosity that she smell the smell that was in the store she said no then she really said to me maybe it's in my mask excuse me I'm like for real so she made me very upset so I said some things that maybe I shouldn't have said but she made me very upset because I don't stink anyway that's the last time I'll be going to any of these stores and have to find another carrier after this month

Very friendly patient the manager is very respectable one of the co-workers did not speak very good English but she was able to tell you that and also when it needed to be called on the manager she called the manager on the phone and things were explained to her she did not get frustrated which was a plus I will always return back to this store

I came to secure a new phone. At the very onset Ms. Elizabeth attended to my need fo ar phone. She proceeded to provide me with plan options. I settled for one that suited me. Elizabeth is the true customer service professional. She not only helped me with setting up my phone she also helped me get linked with email accounts. This young lady was simply impressive. Im very thankful.

On a Saturday they come stilling in at 10:15/10:20 when the sign clearly says 10:00 am. No apologies for being late. Not moving quickly to get the store on open because they are late, try have the nerve to charge a $3 fee to take my payment. I should be able to charge them for wasting my time. Fail!
