An ok Exxon with eight pumps and ok associates. They probably need a little more training though.The main reason for three stars was, I’m an Exxon rewards member and typically frequent exxons for said reason. I went to this Exxon and the new cashier had no clue how to pull up the screen for me to enter my Exxon rewards phone number. I lost out of 50 points merely because of someone’s ignorance. Now I know not to go to this Exxon again and just go to the Exxon down the street where they have knowledgeable employees that got the proper training.

Normally when I stop at this gas station on Annapolis Road, I receive good service. However, On yesterday, Saturday, November 19, 2022, not only I, but several customers were not serviced. Apparently the young lady in front of me was there for awhile waiting for the person to get off the phone to service her. To collect her cash and prepare the gas pump. She left. And he finally got off the phone. It seems that he was on the phone with whoever could get the system back up. When he got off the phone I asked was the system down. He lied and said no. It sounded like he said he needed to reload the paper for the cash register. Come to find out, he was waiting for the system to come up. Another customer and I waited another 5 minutes. Nothing. So we left. Other customers were still waiting. I then went to an Exxon on Bladensburg Road and the service was better but gas attendant there said there was only regular gas. What is going on? I normally use premium but I used regular on yesterday. So I am giving a 3 review for Bladensburg Road Exxon and a zero for Annapolis Road Exxon.
