Need to find out who the Boss is! I get to park at the front of the store but a old man told me to move my vehicle that way he can park! His! There are many parking spots empties but he want to parked where I have parked! And told me that he won’t help me! Lol I don’t care! Absolutely but if anyone has a business and have preferences it shouldn’t be a business.

What an awesome place! Don't let the name confuse you - they don't just sell door closers (and dam, they have a lot of them) - they carry many security products and low voltage as well as locks.Mike, the sales rep was awesome and was willing to wait for me couple of minutes after closing as I needed an item (that non of the other suppliers in the DMV had in stock locally) to finish a job.Another big plus is that buying from them you support a local business.Thank you guys

Love this place for commercial supplies. They are very helpful to find the right product! Better prices than the competition. Have used for several years and have large inventory. That is hard to come by.

On the positive side, I received my order in a timely fashion. But the horrible customer service is why I wanted to write this review. I ordered a part that would not fit (who knew that Rixson makes thrust bearings in two sizes). They would not issue a RMA saying I had opened the package, which is just a plastic bag the small part came in. Of course no where in their return policy does it say that you can't return a package once it has been opened. I would have tried to examine the item more carefully before opening the package, or better yet, not even ordered from them. And the item was in original condition 100% uninstalled and not ever used. When I complained about this deviation from their own return policy, needless to say, their customer service representatives were unprofessional. Their return policy is not what they say it is; Their return policy is basically a no-returns policy. Take your business elsewhere.
