Do not come to this place, I have had my car for 2 months and to date they have not resolved anything, they are unpunctual with the work, they tell you a price and then they come up with another one. Be very careful with this place. My recommendation is to look for another place.

Not serious people. I tried to give them work but they can't even call me back. I went and was close only cause the boss wasn't there. I called again and was put on hold for 15 min while the manager walked around talking. You would think wanting to get a transmission installed would interest a transmission shop. But never got my call back and calling is a joke. One way little small lot would be stupid to drive the car there with no appointments and a bad transmission. I just don't get the bad customer service.

This place had my car 2 full weeks i paid up front and the older guy told me it would be ready in a week the week turned into 2 weeks the shop says they close at 8 and it's a lie they leave around 4 o'clock long story short hear it is Friday and still no car next week will be 3 weeks do not come to this place they take entirely to long annd they don't keep there word on time frames I lost out big time dealing with this companyService: Auto engine diagnostic

It’s hard to find car company who does good, honest job. I wanted to get rid of my old car but I gave it one more try and fix transmision. These guys did fantastic job and I’m still riding my old Ford.

I took my 2008 Escalade to this place cause my transmission wouldn't come out of first gear. They charged me $1,200 to fix it but the same problem came back three weeks later. They replaced a solenoid and cleared the code so the check engine light wasn't on but that wasn't the problem. Now I have to take it to another shop cause they don't know exactly what the problem is after I paid $1,200 to fix the problem oblem

Beware Beware stay far away from this place!!!!!! They are crooks they will take your money and not give u a refund when they havent even fixed your transmission..... They have no idea what they are doing!!!!They will spary paint your transmission to make it look like they worked on it & they didnt!!!! Once u come back and let them know that your transmission isnt working they will give u the run around and wont give you a refund and your left holding the bag!!!! Anyone who's ever delt with them and know what iam talking about contact the BBB and your lawyers report them right away!!!!! Stay aware from Bladensburg Transmission you have been warn!!!

Friday 09/09/2016, Well so far so good, I had a 7am appointment for a diagnostic of my 2004 Dodge Intrepid SXT's Transmission, the owner did this and test drove my vehicle and found the problem. I got really lucky because I had purchased the part (Shift Solenoid) already, on a guess from reading about similar problems for this vehicle. He said he would install the part for $175.00 on Monday. I will write another review at that time.
