The customer service in store is really poor ? ? , in early morning I just wait like 45 minutes no body ask me what I need, even I asked couple times for help, but unfortunately the guy who takes the order was rude ?.

Customer service at the AutoZone on Annapolis Road is lacking professionalism. The workers are to busy chatting with each other and ignoring customers waiting in line. At one point there were 5 workers behide the counter and 8 customers waiting in line to be checked out. Nearly 15mins later I am still waiting.

03/16/2024- I tried to purchase oil for my 2013 Nissan Altima car by just grabbing items off the shelf but I actually needed my vin number to give to the store clerk in order to purchase the correct one. Interesting! The clerk was helpful!

The place says it’s open at 7:30am. Lady inside walking around for 20 minutes while we are sitting outside. Won’t open the doors for 3 guys sitting outside.

Visited this Auto Zone this afternoon to purchase new windshield wipers and have them installed. They were a little short on staff so service seemed to be moving kind of slow and the manager, Lionel was very accommodating and was able to get me assistance. Another associate, Dimitri was very friendly and was able to install my wipers. Would recommend.

I could say that they are not responsible because for the first time I took my car battery to be cleaned and they told me that in 1 hour and a half it would be ready and I came back and found the battery in the same place in fact they made me wait 1:30 ??

I visited AutoZone to buy a new battery and replace my corroded battery. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. David greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! He tested my battery and guided me to replace my battery that was corroded with no issues. His dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the AutoZone brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. David deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for their amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks AutoZone for hiring this jewel of an employee to represent your reliable business! :o)

PSM Dimetri is a amazing guy and helped me get everything thag i needed done today. This is an employee that deserves a raise and acknowledgment. His customer service is unmatched and the the gratitude that i have for him is out of this world. Hes the reason i will be returning to this store.
