I called because my refrigerator was not cooling enough they send they send technician to make a diagnosis and that charge $95 that would apply to the repair if I decided to repair.\nThey send a person, supposedly a technician whom did not know the most primitive things about my refrigerator and for the entire time he was on technical support by manufacturer asking basic questions about the function.\nHis conclusion was the refrigerator is not working (I knew that already )now they are telling me that I need to pay $290 for another technician come and check the refrigerators compressor.\nI think this is a total scam ,\ndon't deal with these people.

Mike accurately diagnosed a problem with my Samsung washing machine, ordered parts, and returned to repair my machine all within a reasonable amount of time. The initial service fee was included in the total cost of the repair. I am highly satisfied with Mike's professionalism, skill, punctuality, and fee. I will definitely use him again!

This company needs a name change to the Appliance Mortician as they don’t fix anything. They tell you to get a new appliance and in less than 6 minutes, you’re charged a whopping $89.00 bucks for him “to look.”I’ve had them out twice in less than 6 months and same news, He “believes he knows what the issue is but can’t guarantee he can fix it.” That’s after you agree to feed him more money in labor and more money in parts.The real kicker is he came in a tiny unmarked car, and proceeded to head my direction with no mask while Delaware is under a mandatory mask mandate. When I asked him to please wear a mask, he said he “didn’t have one available, and hasn't worn one in years.” I actually had to give him one since he wasn't prepared.I found this to be not only dangerous but very, very unprofessional.After the tech left, I called the office to state experience, left a message and …… crickets. So don’t expect them to care one ounce about your customer experience.Proceed at your own risk with this company. Between the $89.00 for a 6 minute evaluation, the non-guarantee he can fix the issue, the additional labor costs and part fee for the non-guaranteed work, the unmarked car that could be anybody and the maskless work he intends on doing inside your home, this company is a NO GO for me.Call the other companies who have better reviews (for a reason) and keep the appliance mortician away from your appliances. He’ll doom your wallet with your appliance with no chance of doctoring it and certainly not for a fair price.

The Appliance Doctor has helped me with several appliances over the years, ranging from refrigerators to dryers and has always been helpful. They were honest in their estimates, reasonable in their charges and conscientious in getting the job done. I would recommend this service company.

The gentlemen was nice, but spent 5 minutes and I was charge 85.00. Make sure it worth the service call before you schedule.
