Other locations are great!Avoid this one.Us and other customers just left the store.Apparently, they were closing the change rooms at 3:30pm, even though people were in there. No sign or anything. We first asked to try a dress on and was yelled at, "No, change rooms are closed." Ok, kind of confusing since people were in there changing and again, no signs. How are we supposed to know? Rude tone, but fine. Then another lady asked and was yelled at! She then confronted them and said, "You did not have to speak to me in such a way. You don't have to be rude. Then a different staff member with the butterfly chest tattoo yelled back at her and said, "Just leave the store!! Bye!! BYE! It felt so awkward, and I felt bad for the lady. We could not believe the treatment of customers from the staff here on this Sunday afternoon. They were so rude, not just to her, but to many people. Managers should be aware of this behavior. Never mind, no customer service! It is just so disgustingly rude and an awful atmosphere. We are never coming back to this location again.

I went to the store this evening with my daughter to purchase a dress. When we walked in to the store and through out the visit no one offered to help us. We even had to open our own dressing room. When my daughter left the dressing room she sat the clothes down on a chair, a salesperson (who appeared seemingly out of nowhere) told her they don't go there and next time not to leave them. She was very rude and I said as much and she told me/us we could leave and to get out of the store. It was a very disappointing experience.

Yikes! My daughter asked that I take her here for a homecoming dress. I actually feel bad about how miserable these employees are. I picked 5 or 6 dresses for my daughter to try on and walked into the fitting room. She wanted shoes to match her dress and the employee helping us was visibly annoyed. I joked at checkout about glitter being all over me after holding dresses and the cashier didn't even acknowledge me. Three stars for selection and price! Maybe Windsor can sponsor a night out to boost the morale of their employees.

Terrible customer service. It was an hour before closing and I walked in. No on said anything to me and when I asked the guy working if he could get me a dress to try on because I couldn't reach it he literally did the most rude thing. He look at me, rolled his eyes and did the biggest sigh then with lots of attitude walked over and grabbed the dress off the shelf. He handed it to me with attitude. At that moment I wanted to walk out, I felt so unwelcome. Then when I needed a fitting room he saw I was waiting in the front and he never came to ask if I needed help. The women working there came to the front and ignored me. Then I finally asked if I could use a fitting room. And she pointing to them and was like "yea they are right there". I tried on my clothes but again I felt so uncomfortable. Once I was done and ready to check out the women was at the cash register on her phone and looked and me and went right back to her phone. I was just so unimpressed with the service. I love Winsor but I will no longer be going to the Montgomery mall location. I will be going back to the Wheaton location because I have never had this problem there.

Literally browsed here earlier and no one greeted me or anything. The guy working was extremely rude, and as I left because I didn't want to give them my money he actually rolled his eyes at me. Just terrible customer service I expected so much better

john and asia were so amazing! they helped me pick out an outfit for a party I was going to. They were so helpful and honest and were a pleasure to work with! thanks so much y’all!
