Tony at this branch was the best banker I have ever used. He helped me certify a form, and he knew exactly what type of certification was needed, even though I was confused. He is registered to do all kinds of certifications, and he knew what I needed. He also caught a small detail on the form, that I'm sure saved me endless headaches down the road - if I had needed to fix it later on. I would highly recommend Tony, and the Woodmont branch for all banking needs. Tony was especially courteous, professional, and helpful.

Worst experience thanks to the branch manager officer Dafe Ideh. I am a travel nurse and one company that I work with pays via a rapid pay card. Today, I attempted to do a teller assisted withdrawal ( as I have done 5 other times all at Wells Fargo Banks). I gave them my the card I was trying to get money from and put into my Wells Fargo savings account . Inserted my Wells Fargo card with PIN number . When asked how much I wanted to put into savings, I gave them the number then their tone changed and suddenly I wasn't able to do the transaction because my name wasn't on the card. Explained that I've done this 5 other times and Wells Fargo and proceeded to look up the transactions on my mobile device to show them . They told me to step aside while I look it up. I came back to the counter with my proof ready to show them , then the manger steps out of the teller box and stands beside me.I Offer to show the proof and they don't want to hear anything I have to say or show. They tell me to go to the atm. I ask for the managers name and card. I proceeded to walk out of the bank, as I am out the door the manager continues to look at me like I am a criminal. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 5 years now. I have made several deposits, withdrawals and purchased currency from this branch several times .You don't step outside the teller box stand next to people trying to intimidate them and then stare them down as they are leaving .

I was happy with the experiences I had here when I lived closer, now frequent this branch only occasionally but still have been happy with the service. Always fast, professional, friendly

Why on earth doesn't this branch have an ATM in the lobby? I stood in 'line' at the outdoor drive-thru ATM and the car behind me just swerved in front of me. It's inconvenient and a hazard for pedestrians to withdraw or deposit money at the drive-thru ATM. Please add an ATM in the lobby or on street side. And yes, the lobby people are snooty and stuffy.

You people create millions of dollars of bogus accounts and you won't even let me transfer $900 from my checking into my daughter's checking account because I did not know her account number. Same last name, same home address, and obviously enough funds in my account. I suggest you start worrying more about your real customers instead of creating fake ones!!!
