Don’t do it! I followed my service advisor from a different Volvo service center to this one thinking that I’d have the same great experience I’d come to expect. I scheduled an oil change for Saturday, my advisor was off (I should’ve waited) and I was passed over to Danny Dubois. My appointment was at 9am and I was told that my car would be ready in about 4 hours, which seemed excessive. Noting my facial expression, Danny offered “VIP” treatment and moved my car to the front of the line. I’m not local and the valet service would’ve been way more of a headache than it’s worth.
Two hours later, my car was ready and I was charged $221, including tax for a simple oil change. Literally nothing else was done and I’d never paid more than $140. I was pressed for time so I just paid but I researched my receipts from my old Volvo service center and I had never been charged this much for the exact same service. Additionally, Volvo of Bethesda’s website clearly advertised a $129.95 Signature Oil Change with a free 27-point inspection. I’m currently waiting for my regular service advisor to call me back to address this but I think it’s worth mentioning that the young lady I spoke with initially this morning stated, “You just got a basic oil change, no other services. I’m not sure why you were overcharged”. Not sure how this will all go but I certainly will not be back to this service center. I see from the other reviews there’s a history of overcharging.

Service center has gotten worst with customer service support. Bryan was to call me with an update on car service and I heard nothing from him. Only a text at 3:20pm stating I had til 6:30:pm to pick up car and pay after the fact.
I have a new service rep at each service and no consistency.
Changing to Annapolis for hopefully better service.

Cot a coupon in the mail for an oil change around $79, they tried to charge me $150 at checkout and held me up an hour for a car wash they never completed, likely because I didn't pay over their coupon price they didn't want to honor... Come to find out only a few months later that the oil change was only good for 3,000 miles instead of the usual 10k at my usual dealership. Will never trust this dealership again with my car. No customer respect at all.

If you are looking for great customer service, I highly recommend you bringing your Volvo to be serviced at this location.
Previous ownership was through Marten's I believe and they jacked up my car years ago and I would actually drive to Annapolis Volvo for my schedule maintenance even though I live closer to Bethesda. That's how much I hated Marten's and couldn't be more glad in this change of ownership.
I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change, and Daniel provided exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and frequently checked in on me to provide status updates while I waited in 1 of their 3 lounges. There is also free coffee and water with extremely clean bathroom.
Daniel and Brenda keep up the great work!

I tried with this location several times,the customer service and service was horrible.The service rep Walter was always extremely nasty and wasnt pleasant with me at all.It was one gentleman by the name of Danny that would always step in and be of great help.But I switched volvo location,which is so much better,and more customer service friendly.I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to the Butler rd location.

I purchased my vehicle from Ourisman Volvo in Aug 2023 and bought my 30k through 60k services. I took my Volvo to Lindsay Volvo for the 30k service because it was closer to my house. I ended up having an issue with my tire that was Lindsay Volvo’s fault, however Lindsay Volvo would not fix it. I called Ourisman Volvo and Beaver and Brian went above and beyond to take care of me. It literally an hour away from my house but I will always go to Ourisman Volvo because they understand customer service and how to properly service a vehicle. I was regretting my decision to buy a Volvo but Beaver and Brian restored my faith in my decision! Thank you to those guys and to Ourisman Volvo!

If you are looking for great customer service, I highly recommend you bringing your Volvo to be serviced at this location. I brought my vehicle in to have brakes checked, and Malcolm provided exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and frequently checked in on me to provide status updates. Malcolm, keep up the great work!

I would give zero stars if I could. I realized after buying my new ,my salesperson did not share pertinent info with me which would have actually changed my mind as far as buying the model I did. Paul the general manager is rude. I discovered after buying my car they had put on my car tracking device, charging me 695.00 . Why would they do this when VW gives the buyer one factory installed? And it's free for 5 years! I argued with Paul over this relentlessly until he agreed to refund my money for it. He claimed the one he puts on his cars are far better than the one VW puts on for free! Bull crap! To me it was just another way to get money from a car buyer! Totally a scam. Dante the sales manager is just awful when it comes to returning phone calls and following through . I can't tell you how many times I leave a message with zero return calls. If you want to buy a VW go to one of the other dealerships in the area!

Dealership tried to charge twice for a repair. Recall of air bag. Required work replace clock spring located next to airbag which would require removal of steering wheel and airbag. When I complained about the double charge for labor they agreed not to charge for labor and proceeded to upcharge for the part, 2 other dealers charge $354 for part $ I was charged $600.

I’ve had incredibly poor experiences both at the dealership and at the service department. I was quoted a price and returned to pickup my car and told 30% higher only to be told “oh we made a mistake”. Multiple issues drove me to lease me next Volvo from DARCARS Rockville and had a considerably better experience all around.Service: Body & Trim

They schedule appointments and then when you show up at the correct time (including at 8AM on a weekday), they then tell you that they need to reschedule. For some reason, they don't understand why it's important to contact customers to inform them of this. Instead they just let people show up only to find out once they've arrived that the appointment needs to be rescheduled. This wastes the customer's time and is extremely inconsiderate. Management seems to be dysfunctional here. Will be exploring alternatives in the area so I don't have to deal with them in the future.

Wow. Where to start. It took three trips to finally fix the airbag light that was giving me an error code. It only took three trips back to fix the anti theft issues the service team tripped with the head unit when they finally replaced the airbag. It totaled to 10 days without a car to finally get the issue fixed, and five follow up trips.

Possibly the worst car service center I have ever experienced. Without fail, there is no communication. They are always late. And could care less about your time. I have been stuck using them for 4 years now. I had to take my atlas in for a recall repair today. Made an appointment on Monday. Dropped it off last night. Finally called back at the end of the day as I was told it was an hour-long fix, and no one had called all day, and of course they hadn't even started it. Usually you wait 20 or more minutes to pick up a vehicle. That's when they tell you the free car wash is broken. In 4 years, I haven't had a single car wash at this place. I will never buy a VW again solely because of this service center. Atrocious service at every single visit.
