I’ve been to this VS about 4 times. Each and every time: no greeting, no questions about what I may need, no greeting even when I go to the fitting room, no offers to check my measurements. Honestly, it’s just a horrible experience. I used to work at VS and if this is an indication of how all VS now operate, I recommend finding bras elsewhere. I will not shop at this location ever again, and I hope employees get some training on customer service and experience.

The best customer service ever! 3 workers were at the cash register at once and they all seemed super helpful and sweet. I even had an associate named Ella come to answer with my questions about sizing. I was able to get in and out quickly, 10/10 experience!

Excellent customer service. The lines were moving very fast. An associate named Ella was very helpful when I was looking for items around the store. All the employees were super polite and the store was clean.

Awful service cash register a joke. I asked what the managers name was one of the associates by the name Teresa said that the managers name was Abigail I’m going off what Teresa replayed with however, would that be exactly the manager name I dealt with. I’m not so sure however, if there is a district manager fire Abigail she has been awful. She had a line where people were waiting over half an hour to get served with 4 cash register ladies on the spot. I would’ve hoped for that specific location would’ve had improved in the last past few years but it’s gotten even worse. How are you expecting to make any money at that location

The. cashier is very rude.Tha short lady with the black ling hair..I think they look what you wear. Then will treat you better. If you go there with just jogging pants and hoodie. They wont wait on you..the stuff i bought. She just throw it the bag not even putting some tissue. When i ask her. She just make faces.. i will never come back to this store

i like this place sooo much you can find whatever you want like bra, leggings, underwear, clothes, jackets etc. it’s all good and thanks Tia (not sure the spelling) a cute and wonderful girl who gave me recommendations and helping me find what i want in the store. shes amazing and i’ll def come back. over 10/10 purrr?

My experience at this store was awful. I’ll acknowledge that the only component employee they have is a Latina young lady that was working the front area on Saturday afternoon September 23rd. Not only did she greet us upon entering the store, she also assisted in sizing my grandmother and myself given that after calling for assistance from her fellow coworkers, no one showed. She even guided us to the part of the store that had the type of bras that we were interested in purchasing so to her, 5 stars.Now the reason for the low score is the horrible and uneducated person they have working in the back counter as a cashier. I didn’t get her name but she was God awful. When I asked her if I could add another item to the purchase, she nearly had a heart attack as if going back to the previous screen would end her life. At the end of the day, selling more products should be their goal, no? She then made a snarky remark when I asked for a separate bag. I made it clear that if I could afford a $90 bra, .05 cents for a bag wouldn’t hurt my pockets. I will stick to purchasing online.

Horrible experience at this store. I went to return items and then continue to shop. The front desk clerk Ella would not take the same paper Victoria secret shopping bag that the items came in and told me that I would have to exit the store to trash it. She was not at all polite or accommodating. My total transaction here was over $1,000. Do not go to this store. Save yourself the long waits and horrible customer service.

It's possibly the worst location I've ever been to. I came here cuz a friend gave me a VICKIES gift card.... I wish it was for La Perla or intissime... The quality of VIckies has gone downhill. Their quality in bras is a 0. You'll get a better bra at Target. They hire high school kids who lack people skills and basic customer service. Welp, I witnessed a manager or someone giving orders to a younger employee rudely. Younger employee said something back, and they were going at it. So yeah, I was gonna ask her for assistance in getting something in my size. Nope, miss me with that non sense. I'll use my gift card online or at Tysons. 2 stars because I'm being generous and it's Sunday. And fitting room gal was nice. So yeah... avoid this circus.

I went to the store to ask for a specific product but the customer services was horrible. The lady who I asked didn’t have the intention to truly help me, she sent me to the section where clearly the product wasn’t and I just wanted to know if they have it on stock but she was more focused on talking to her coworker than help me. Her attitude wasn’t the best

Ashley acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store and offered to help me. once I told her what I was looking for she kindly asked if I would like to be remeasured. She listened to my needs and recommended a product that worked perfect for me. I am so happy with my new bra! Unfortunately I didn’t get the cashiers name but she was great also! She helped me once before and recommended specials at the register that I was unaware of. World class service at this location hurry in! The cashiers code was 3609019 if that helps identify her and reward her for her great customer service. The purchase was around 10:32 am. ❤️

Had such a lovely experience with Jenifer I think she’s one of the managers. She’s really warm and friendly and always helps me find great things. And she gives great advice she also helped me order some stuff online
