An absolutely horrible experience here today. I signed in and waited to be assisted, after 20 mins asked an employee who turned out to be the store supervisor how much longer and his response was...your waiting for an available tech. Continued to wait maybe another 20 and was approached...at the same time Kevin walks right over to a man who had just recently enter the store and began to help him. From there I m told by the tech that I would need to call customer service myself to have them push an order that I placed myself while in the store because he couldn't help with that either. He gave me a phone and while I m waiting he then decides to get his cell to call customer service..and then looks at me and says oh it's working now.
To be clear from entry to exit my experience was horrible and completely unacceptable. If I wasn't locked in contract I would not patronize.

Franklin helped us solve our data usage issues. He provided clear explanations and gave us choices. We left with a new data plan suited to our needs. This a,wonderful experience.

I’ve been a happy T mobile customer for 20 years and honestly have no idea why anyone would want to go with Verizon. As soon as you walk in every store it feels extremely corporate and unfriendly. There are multiple workers standing around awkwardly standing around doing their best to avoid eye contact so they don’t have to help you. Then they just point you towards the check in screen to sign in, but don’t worry they’re going to ask for all your information again when someone finally talks to you. After 45 min of standing around and seeing multiple other customers walk in and get helped first, someone finally came to assist me and my wife. We stated we just needed to pay her final bill because we had issues doing it online since we had closed her account and switched her to Tmobile. We were told we couldn’t pay the bill without an ID even though our IDs were a 15 min walk back to the car and we had already waited 45 min longer than expected. We said we have the account number, phone number, pin, birthdays, address, ssn and she said she couldn’t do anything without the ID. We tried telling her we didn’t need to get any information or change anything on the account, we just wanted to give Verizon our money and she wouldn’t help us. Prime example or corporate bureaucracy.

I’ve been using this store for years and have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They’ve helped me with insurance claims, buying a new phone, and trading in old phones and it went smoothly every time. Sometimes, there is a wait to be helped but that is why there is a check in and they offer to text you when you’re next so you don’t actually have to just sit in the store and wait around.

Apparently they don’t do “tech support” there and claim no Verizon stores do. However, the one in Elicott City does helped me two weeks prior with a tech support issue…

Very frustrated and disappointed with the service that this store...Neither the sales rep nor the manager knew the correct policy regarding adding new phones to business accounts. They insisted that we could not do the process we've been using for years.I had to call the Verizon customer care line and they confirmed that the store was incorrect, so what should have taken 2 minutes to approve took about an hour, and my user had to make a separate trip to the store...Never had this issue at this store before, so not sure if it's new management or poor training or what.Also, be aware that, for some reason, this store does not actually have a phone number. I repeat: you cannot actually call this store directly. You need to call Verizon's main number and be routed through a bunch of menus, etc... Very strange way to do business...

Not so much about the store itself, but about the whole bunch of lies in the advertisements of the company.I went there to see if bundling up home, wife and my cell phone was any good.Sad story is they cannot compete.Save yourself the trip.Pity about the employees, they did really try.No complaints about the store's employees service.

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this store today. In the past I have skipped Verizon locations and instead opted for Best Buy to buy/upgrade devices. However, I was really pleased with the customer service at this store and expect I will start with them going forward, largely due to the help I received from Franco. I went in with questions about purchasing the new Samsung smartphone, and shortly after being checked in, was assisted by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations about testing the phone/ordering/potential next steps. Based in no small on his help and info, I returned later and ordered the phone through the store. (Unfortunately Franco was already out for the day, but I wound up getting excellent service from Nate in his stead.)
