Very frustrated and disappointed with the service that this store...Neither the sales rep nor the manager knew the correct policy regarding adding new phones to business accounts. They insisted that we could not do the process we've been using for years.I had to call the Verizon customer care line and they confirmed that the store was incorrect, so what should have taken 2 minutes to approve took about an hour, and my user had to make a separate trip to the store...Never had this issue at this store before, so not sure if it's new management or poor training or what.Also, be aware that, for some reason, this store does not actually have a phone number. I repeat: you cannot actually call this store directly. You need to call Verizon's main number and be routed through a bunch of menus, etc... Very strange way to do business...

Not so much about the store itself, but about the whole bunch of lies in the advertisements of the company.I went there to see if bundling up home, wife and my cell phone was any good.Sad story is they cannot compete.Save yourself the trip.Pity about the employees, they did really try.No complaints about the store's employees service.

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this store today. In the past I have skipped Verizon locations and instead opted for Best Buy to buy/upgrade devices. However, I was really pleased with the customer service at this store and expect I will start with them going forward, largely due to the help I received from Franco. I went in with questions about purchasing the new Samsung smartphone, and shortly after being checked in, was assisted by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations about testing the phone/ordering/potential next steps. Based in no small on his help and info, I returned later and ordered the phone through the store. (Unfortunately Franco was already out for the day, but I wound up getting excellent service from Nate in his stead.)

Incredibly small location. The lack of staff created a longer wait time than I had expected. There was one person who ran the front, the back stock room, while answering phones. There were two people ahead of me both equally frustrated due to the employee taking personal phone calls on his cellphone, while attempting to help them either return items or collect their new equipment. He confused my order and another woman's as well. The immaturity of the employee was comical due to him not taking our frustration seriously. I traveled to two locations that day being turned away go coming to this location. Management definitely needs to be notified as to the behavior of its employees and their nonchalant mannerisms.

The absolute best, attentive, dedicated, consistent, knowledgeable, and caring service you can get from anywhere (especially Verizon) is at this store with Marissa. We try not to take advantage of how helpful she can be but we needed to rely on her a good amount when transitioning because Verizon’s systems are just so flawed/confusing. Can’t say enough great things about her. Truly professional as well. It’s hard to find help and care like that anywhere these days. She’s the reason we are sticking with Verizon.

NOT A CORPORATE STORE - do not go for any service. They've taken my phone for trade in, never traded in the phone & I've been saddled with calling corporate on a weekly basis to get my phone plan figured out as they did the wrong promotion on the wrong line. Then transferred a line to a different family account. Management never followed up with any apology, the problem still hasn't been fixed and now they're claiming they never got a trade in. An absolute nightmare of a store with no capacity or drive to fix their mistakes.

I agree with the other reviews. I went in to transfer my phone from T mobile to Verizon. While I like Verizon, this store is a mess. 1) They never transferred the number and I continued receive bills from T mobile. I had to do this myself later. It took quite some time to figure out that I was not able to get text messages on the new phone as they continued to go to the old phone. 2) There is a discount for teachers, but they said it only applied to k-12, this was wrong. It applies to university teachers also. 3) The address on my license is wrong (Florida). I gave them my new local address, but the inputted the wrong address anyway. Go to any other location, and save yourself heartache and time.

Super helpful. while street parking is hard to get, they have a parking lot two doors down. knowledgeable, helpful staff made getting a new SIM very easy

It's hard to understand how this store is still open. I am on my son's family account and we opened a new account with Verizon. Every single Verizon representative we talked with assured us that I would be able to pick up a SIM card from this location (my son lives in New York, I live in DC). However, the representatives at the Bethesda location insist that they cannot release the card to anyone, but my son. It was like they didn't want our business, and had no desire to make sure that we felt good about switching to Verizon. Stay away from this store. You'll get better service at a Kiosk.

Worst customer service ever. We walked in and there were four employees all sitting on their phones. It took forever for one of them to even acknowledge us, and when they finally did they were so short with us that we left. That was the final straw I needed to switch hit AT&T!

Truly shameful tactics by the store employees here. They will try to cheat you by signing you up for expensive add ons to your phone plan without telling you— this is what happened to me today. I went to the store to buy a phone data plan and they added two expensive insurance and streaming bundles without telling me, which I never would have found out except that, luckily I had the thought to check my account overview online when I got home. I had to drive back to the store a second time to get these extra products removed, and they didn’t give a single word of apology and had a surly attitude. Very disappointing. If you’re going to go here, do your research before you go and check your bill statement after you leave.
