Customer service is Really bad, long line, a lot of customers waiting more than 30 min.

Fast, efficient service. An elderly woman in line in front of me was slow to make decisions on her package. The clerk waved me up and started working on my business while she made up her mind. Things moved faster for everyone. Thumbs up!
