212704 was her associate number. She was so rude when I asked her for clarification on my receipt as it said it was $9 on the price tag, but popped up at $12 on the receipt. She just said, " So do you want to return it?"

My favorite store! This is the best urban outfitters in the DMV. I have visited most of them and the thing that always makes the difference is the staff! The staff here is always so kind and helpful, they are attentive specially in the fitting rooms! I feel like they always have the best clothing selection here as well, any other store I go to I never find the item I’m looking for, but I always seem to have luck here! Anyways 10/10!!!!

Nothing in stock in-store, better to just order online. Not a unique issue, but something I've noticed - stores intentionally showrooming is probably counterintuitive, isn't it? Makes you wonder.

Urban Outfitters is a store that has been in Montgomery Mall for a long time. They have clothing that caters to teens and young adults. But, funny enough, my daughter really liked some of their clothing too. I liked their accessories. They had cute plush pillow animals, pretty purses, and some cups with cute sayings. It is a large store, but the dressing rooms were small and cramped. I was not impressed by the quality of the clothing. It is definitely,one season wear and you are done. I will say they were very trendy and stylish. My granddaughters got some tops and a purse. There were only a few salespeople, so you were pretty much on your own. The store was well stocked.

So I've been shopping at the store for the last 6 to 7 years. Because I like the fact that they carry so many more items than other stores, but today I feel as though I was racially profiled. I intentionally walked in certain places of the store to see if i was going to be followed and I was I watched her greet everyone coming in and out of the store except myself, and I purposely walked out to walk back in to see if I was going to get a greeting you might want to watch the new people you hire

I had to purchase items I wanted from the online store after going to this location. While in store I barely received help and most of the merchandise sizes were Medium and under. It is very frustrating and disappointing to not find Large in your store. After asking if more sizes were available, I was told 1-3 of size large are all they receive and online is the only option for me. Why do I have to order my clothes when everyone else can pick and try their items on in store? Then bad service on top of it. DO BETTER!!

I went in today and my roommate and I were helped in the fitting room by a lovely employee named Laura! She was sooo sweet and helped us decide which items we liked, informed us of sales, and even offered to get us different sizes of clothes that didn’t fit right! She made the experience SOO much better just by being kind and supportive, my roomie and I left feeling really satisfied. She was lovely and deserves ALL possible recognition for it :)

I went to try on some tops and Laura was super helpful and nice:) She offered to find me different sizes, helped adjusting some straps, and gave me advice on some of the tops I was trying on. Definitely if you go and Laura’s in the fitting room area you’ll have a great time:)

This store has an open and inviting ambiance with pops of color and creative displays. I love the way the various sections are organized, making the store feel open and uncluttered. There are many smaller sections within the larger ones to include music, home decor, jewelry, and even games.
