Don’t drop your packages off here I dropped package off there and it never left the place exceeded the delivery date so I called the location and they gave me the runaround and even asked me what was in the package and said there nothing they can do about it and the tracking shows it has never left that building

While the staff at UPS Store 5455 are terrific, one in particular stands out…Tabitha! I had a rather complicated print job recently and both Han and Tabitha were helpful but especially Tabitha. She printed out my project (two 16” x 20” images) and measured them to ensure accuracy. She found that one was a smaller size and reprinted the poster. I appreciate Tabitha’s careful attention to detail and excellent customer service. She printed out the correct size, then trimmed both posters. She explained she had not printed on the very large Epson printer before. Tabitha went the extra mile and didn’t quit until the job was done perfectly. Thank you Tabitha!

Worse ups store ever, staff is rude and not helpful. I brought in sim electrical equipment I was sent by accident with a duplicate tracking number. I never received my package and got this way more expensive one instead. I am currently trying to return it to the original owner. The staff basically said, “ sorry it happens and there is nothing I can do. “

Before dealing with this UPS office on Westlake in Bethesda, I Really had no expectation that a business like UPS could provide such Excellent, friendly and caring service. Yes, Caring!Mike went above and beyond to get me past problems that arose while I was using ups to notarize, instead of just shrugging and saying come back when the problem is fixed which he could have easily said given the dilemma. He stuck it out with me and actually was the one who came up with the solution.I also have used this UPS store for Amazon returns and have always been met with friendly, fast and efficient service. I actually changed which UPS store I use for returns.Another one I had been using is a little closer to me but nowhere near as friendly or helpful. (The other store once rudely turned away an Amazon return because I had forgotten to put 1" piece of scotch tape on the lid. This store on Westlake in Bethesda would have just fixed it with a smile. )

I just to know if I got taken. I show up with a prepaid return. Guy charges me $5 for a padded envelope?!! In other words, they offer no packaging (for free) and they used this completely overpriced charge for a padded envelope. It seems really wrong to me.

Just had a great experience at this store. Often folks at these types of package stores are rather grumpy, but here they were super polite, kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better service.

I sent a package on 6/5/2023. I was told it was going to be delivered on 6/8/2023. Package was not delivered on 6/12/23. I went into the store and the manager Mike says it isn't lost so he is in his happy place. I was informed that UPS ground doesn't have a guarantee date for delivery. I asked for a refund and was denied. The employees in this store are idiots. I could have mailed it faster and cheaper with the postal service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store between a mail box and shipping. I will never step foot in there again.

The staff is nice. I feel uncomfortable coming here though since the staff and customers do not wear face masks and there are no sneeze guard barriers.

I would like to thank Han from UPS at Westlake Drive. He helped me with my problem with sending a package. He was very helpful and I appreciate the help. The other staff are always super nice and helpful too.

AVOID this unless you don't care that your passport gets lost.The store sent a driver to deliver my package (which contains super critical document) and the package was lost. The store staff + manager refused to take ANY actions to help me locate the package. Will never use this store or UPS anymore.
