Awful and rude management. Tried to return a shirt week later, the manager refused to accept the return and laughed and belittled me.

I accompanied my pops to the store to try on some shirts however the visit was cut short by the Lloyd music playing throughout the mall. It's a shame but the idiot mask management is costing businesses

Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!

The quality of this product has only gotten better. However, because of Covid-19 availability of product in any of their 80 stores has been reduced to referring walk in traffic to their website. Perhaps, I am a part of a dying breed of consumer who likes to feel the fabric, be offered a better fit from a XXL regular to an XXL Relaxed! That kind of experience cannot be had online. Meanwhile, it goes without saying, that no business has not been affected by the pandemic; equally the bottom-line and my opinion is not the order of the day. However, when a good product in men's clothing comes along for an elderly man whose existence has not come at the expense of a gaudy lifestyle---every haberdashery---logistically speaking, is paramount! I will keep coming back...

Great staff but only men's clothing currently.
