Very good bank branch. The tellers are very quick and knowledgable, and the staff in the offices are very helpful as well. There is rarely a line, so they generally take you right away. They usually have a notary public in the building for notarizing documents, which they do for free for customers. There is a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking, and there is an ATM in the front of the building. It's a good place.

My experience with this so called bank has been horrendou. Poor customer service. Branch manager only has voicemai. A voicemail that is never responded to.I you use this bank,expect to be disappointed.

Very poor service specially the branch assistant manager is very confused and incompetent to address simple questions. Don’t recommend banking with united as there service is really not in scope with the standard technological banking system that other banks use.

I totally disagree with the other people's comments. I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience each time I visit this branch. The tellers are friendly, and the managers are professional and courteous. Even when I have had to call in to ask a question, I get a prompt, courteous response. Keep up the good work.

Terrible management in company.District manager,human resources have no integrity.If you ever consider a banking job choose another bank.

Some of the tellers are very smart and very quick. Others are slower than molasses.
