The repair itself was fine and seems reasonably priced.The problem your store has is lack of communication, at least for my repair.I set up an appointment online for a repair for last Saturday and specified online what needed replacement -- the back glass on my iPhone 11 Pro. I get to the store and can't get it repaired because you don't have the part.There should be an option to get the part there before I go so I only need to make one trip to drop it off.I was told the part should arrive Tuesday and someone would let me know when it's in. I never got notified. I left a message asking if it was in; no one called back. It took multiple calls over many hours before anyone answered the phone.I drop the phone off Thursday and was told I'd be contacted when done that day. I got an email saying the work had started but never got an email saying it was done. So again, I call and leave a message and call multiple times and no answer. Fearing it's not done, I don't travel there Thursday and call again several times Friday before someone finally answers and says it is done.All these inconveniences are easily solvable with the tech you have. Use it.

I can’t live without my phone. When my phone was damaged it was as if my life came to a complete stop. I brought it over to see if it could be fixed. As you can imagine I needed it as soon as possible. I was told it could be fixed in two hours but they fixed it in less than two hours. It even looked better than it did when I bought it. I was so relieved. They are truly heroes in this day and age!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR APPLE DEVICES HERE!!*unless you want to leave with your phone worse off than how it startedIt is an absolute shame that uBreakiFix is not able to deliver what they promise. A simple one day (5-hour) repair turned into a FOUR DAY ordeal, and left me with a malfunctioning iPhone with problems it hadn't had before the "repair". There were no alternative solutions offered and all my emails requesting to speak with a decision maker were left unanswered.As someone who works in customer service I dreaded writing a negative review. But I'd hate for anyone with an Apple product to go in looking to get their tech repaired as I had, and then have to waste their time, money and energy having to walk away with their tech worse off than when they came in.Details: Last month I came in to have the broken back glass of my iPhone 13 Max Pro repaired/replaced on a TUESDAY. There were no other issues present when I dropped my phone off. When I picked up my phone following the repair, the microphone was not working and no one could hear me on a phone call unless I put it on speaker phone.The next day (WEDNESDAY) I brought the phone back in to have the newly malfunctioning microphone repaired ... and then when I picked it up the FaceID was no longer working, and I was told to bring my phone back in again on Thursday. To reiterate, FaceID was working just fine before and after the initial repair. But not after the second repair.On THURSDAY I dropped my phone off, and when I was told to come by and pick it up the FaceID feature was STILL NOT REPAIRED and I had to come back in AGAIN the next day when a "programmer" was set to arrive in store.On FRIDAY I dropped my phone off for a few hours for another attempt at repairing FaceID. I received a message that there was an update, and when I went back I was told that nothing more could be done to fix my phone. I was refunded for the initial service and told that there was nothing else they could do to fix the situation or make things right.I chose to have my phone fixed on a Tuesday for a reason- the rest of my week was very busy. The fact that I had to come in for THREE ADDITIONAL DAYS that week (without my phone for over 20 hours total) was incredibly inconvenient and not what I had signed up for. If the technician repaired the phone properly the first time, I would have a phone with FaceID working as it should. But because they screwed up the microphone and had to go back into the phone to fix it, FaceID is no longer working and I'm unable to use it for apps/security features I use every day.A few other problems I’ve noticed since the repair as well: Every now and then I’ll get a pop up that there’s “no sim detected” even when I haven’t touched it, and will have to go in and pop it out and reinsert it so the phone recognizes that it is in there. Also the dimensions of the back glass replacement seems to be slightly different than the original, so the phone cases for the specific phone model don’t fit the phone properly anymore, leaving the phone to be more vulnerable if dropped accidentally.When uBreakiFix advertises that they provide services to fix Apple products, it is not acceptable to let customers walk away with a phone that isn’t functioning due to your technician’s mistakes because "Apple makes it difficult for third-parties to repair". If thats the case, then don't advertise fixing their products! Aside for the initial service refund, there were zero alternative solutions provided by the store manager or efforts to make things right for the hours of inconveniences and impositions due to their mistake. Shame on uBreakiFix and Asurion.
